Park Grand London Kensington has garnered appreciation for its array of amenities, particularly the in-room conveniences and breakfast variety, despite some guests pointing out the snugness of bathrooms and occasional utility problems. While the hotel's cleanliness generally earns plaudits, service quality has received mixed reviews, blending commendations for staff friendliness with criticisms of unprofessionalism. The hotel's charm and comfortable atmosphere are noted, albeit alongside remarks on outdated areas. Its prime location near the tube station is widely praised, though room experiences vary, with space and noise issues mentioned alongside positive cleanliness and comfort feedback.

This was our second stay at this lovely hotel and lived up to expectations. The staff are what make the hotel special - they are extraordinarily considerate, thoughtful, helpful and so pleasant to deal with. You always feel really welcome and looked after here. We were especially spoilt as it was my husband's birthday - very thoughtful touches which we hugely appreciated. Breakfast is good and the room extremely comfortable and very clean. The rooms are also very quiet - you are well cushioned from any noise from other guests. The location is good too, and Hogarth Road is quiet so you can have the window open at night without disturbance. We will certainly be going back.

The staff were lovely and did anything they could to ensure we had a great stay.

We took our 4 month old son with us, as I was still breastfeeding, and we needed a bath (for the explosions that often happens with our son) our room only had a shower. I asked at reception on the second day if we could move to a room with a bath if available. They went out of their way to help up and gave us this upgrade for free. They gave us time to pack up and they came to help us move. They moved the cot from the first room to the next. I said to leave for us to make the cot up but they insisted to do it. I really cannot fault the service at all. Thank you so much.
Beds were very comfortable and the amenities were good too. Photos live up to expectation (the good ones)

The location was good, I heard no noise in the night, except for people going into their rooms. The underground is a 5 minute walk away and there are plenty of nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk, which was very handy for us when we took our son out asleep in his pram.

I spent a while researching a nice hotel to stay at close to a conference I was attending. The hotel the conference was held in had dubious reviews, so I found the Park Grand 10 minutes walk away. I phoned as soon as I made my booking as some of the reviews stated the basic rooms were tiny, I had booked a superior room but wanted to ensure it was the nicest room with the category I had paid for. I explained i would appreciate a quiet room if possible and the friendly staff member kindly offered to upgrade me to a club room.

I arrived at 10pm and found some chocolates and a hand-written card welcoming me - nice touch after a long day. The room I was given had a strong fragrance, I tried to find the source in case it was an air freshener I could discard, but it was embedded in the air. I was too tired to contact reception and I knew I was up and out early again, so I opened the window and went to bed. I explained next morning that it was still strong and asked if it was a standard product used by housekeeping. I was told they were full so there was no chance of moving rooms, so I asked them to leave the window open all day. The receptionist said he'd enquire and when I got back that evening at 7pm, the receptionist said i could see how the room was after a day with the window left open and if it still smelled, I could be moved (hurrah!).

The room still was overpowering, so I phoned to reception and within minutes a porter was with me to show me a new room, a few doors away. Even the porter said it was strong (I have a very sensitive smell so not everyone finds smells as strong as I do). This had a normal smell, so the porter helped me to move my bags.

The new room was lovely, much larger so a real treat. I couldn't work out how to lock the door from the inside in this new room (I'm sounding a nightmare client!) so a call to reception and within minutes a member of staff was there to help. As before incredibly polite, helpful and simply can't do enough for you.

I didn't use any facilities, except asked for some cutlery to eat in my room, which they fetched for me immediately. The curry available by room service looked awesome and good value, and If I'd stayed loinger I'd have tried it.

I felt safe walking back to my hotel in the dark.

I can honestly say that the staff here are quite exemplary and a real asset to the hotel. The management have clearly instilled a customer service ethic amongst them that they portray with genuine enjoyment. I would highly recommend it and if I have more business in London I shall consider here, even it means a longer walk.

After months of researching and reading hundreds of reviews I finally settled on the Park Grand London Kensington, basing my decision on all the good reviews and cost. I booked a deluxe double room for 8 nights. We arrived at the hotel and after killing time until check in , was taken to our room. It was VERY small with only a small space between the bed and the walls. Throw in 2 large and 2 small suitcases into the mix and it is tight. We received a call asking if our room was ok, to which I replied it was very small. We were offered an upgrade to a Club Double at no charge, which we were very thankful for and truly do appreciate. There is a lot more space in this class of room. The hotel was extremely busy most of the time due to the time of the year I presume, so I cannot really say that the staff were overly friendly or helpful as written in most previous reviews. Our room was not cleaned until 5:30pm on 2 days of our stay, which is not really acceptable after being out all day. We were told that there was only 2 chamber maids on duty. After asking for our room to be made up and waiting in the reception area as it was done, we came back to find that a few things had been missed, due to the rushed cleaning. The location is just ok, it is close to Earls Court Underground, but found that the hotels on Cromwell Road to be in a better area and still close to Pubs and Gloucester Road underground. All in all, an OK hotel in an OK area. Would I stay here again? No, there's plenty more hotels to choose from.

This is a very nice, welcoming and pleasant hotel. Members of staff are helpful, our room was quite spacious, clean with loads of plugs for chargers of all kinds, free wifi, complimentary water and fruit in the room, TV, mini fridge (minibar), microwave, a safe, kettle and a selection of teas and coffees. The shower is also amazing. I'm glad I stayed here and will he back next time I'm in London. Oh, I mustn't forget to mention that it is actually max 5 minutes away from Earl's court tube station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Staff here are amazing! We stayed over the Christmas holiday season and the staff were responsive and agreeable to any request . The rooms were well laid out and the location very convenient to all that London has to offer. There was a launderette just a block down the toad and we dropped off our laundry and £15 ‘s later and 2 hours it was done . The staff also advised us about where and how to access affordable or free parking ( on the street outside Saturday’s 8:30pm till Monday 6am -FREE).

Upon arriving to the hotel, we were offered snacks and drinks including mulled wine. The receptionist, Niyati, new that we had been traveling all day from Scotland and offered us a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates which capped off our trip in the best way possible. For the value you will not find a better location (Kensington near Earl's Court Station on the Piccadilly line) with such great service and attention to detail. Our room was very clean and had great amenities. We are kicking ourselves for note booking Park Grand London Kensington in prior trips, a mistake that will surely be corrected. Top notch hotel.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel a lot! The rooms were quite big, very clean and the mattresses in the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the fact that bottles of water were offered to us for free when we arrived at the hotel. Every day the bottles of water were renewed in our rooms. Tea and coffee were available in our rooms and even a microwave! The breakfast was very good, with a variety in the hot buffet. We could even order our omelette! The staff was very friendly and always available for help 24/7. The location of the hotel is great: less than 5 minutes walk from the underground with many pubs, restaurants and bars within walking distance (less than 10 minutes). This hotel is in a great location with access to the city centre of London and the tourist spots to easily be done by underground quite fast.

We stayed five nights at the Park Grand when visiting various parts of West London over Remembrance weekend.
The hotel is very handy for Earls Court tube station and Cromwell Road. There is a good choice of eateries within easy walking distance.
We had prepaid for breakfast at the hotel, this was buffet style and gad a good choice of English and continental breakfast items. The breakfast chef was particularly helpful and cooked excellent fried eggs to order.
The staff throughout were polite helpful and attentive. We never saw the cleaners or chambermaids but everything was kept to a high standard throughout.
The room we occupied was on the first floor directly above reception and near the lift but we never were aware of any noise from within the hotel and the noises from outside were minimal.
All in all an excellent place to stay and we would gladly visit again.
