After reading positive reviews on this site I decided to book this hotel which was a mistake. The hotel cost £145 for a luxury double which wasnt the advertised cost onlie. When we arrived we were upgraded to a four poster room which I though was a nice touch however it was very disappointing. The lifts electrical room was next...

We stayed in a room that was meant to be a middle range room, i.e not the smallest. I would hate to see the smallest room. We had a baby and there was no where to fit a very small travel cot. (not even 2 feet wide) We also had a flight of stairs inside our room to get up...

This was the last hotel we had on a 19 trip through Ireland, Scotland, Holland and London. It was the most expensive and the most disappointing. I booked this hotel based on an 86% internet approval rating. I can't believe this rating. We were given the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in and when I complained to the...

As a previous reviewer has noted, Sheherazade is in the basement with no natural light and is certainly not a 'suite'. The bed is comfy, the bathroom fine (except the shower does not empty properly) but you would crick your neck from any angle to watch television. Breakfast was ok, the staff perfunctory. A good enough hotel but we felt...

We booked the so called Shezarade "suite", which is definitely NOT a suite, but a quite ordinary room in the basement. Don't get fooled by the french doors in the photos on the web site, they are made of frosted glass, and there is no day light in the room at all. When we pointed this out to the staff,...

My partner took me to this hotel as a suprise, we stayed in the ottoman suite and could not fault it. The room itself was amazing, we have stayed in some nice hotels in london that cost alot more than this one, but were nothing in comparison. The room was very clean and tidy, and the bed was the biggest...

We arrived at the hotel to be informed that there was a problem with the toilet in the Pasha suite and that we had been allocated another 'suite' at a 'reduced rate'. This so called suite turned out to be a windowless basement room, with space, for a bed, small table and rwo chairs, it is not even listed as...

Arrived to find I'd been kindly upgraded to the 'Pasha Suite'. Wonderful airy room with three sets of french windows opening out to views of the pretty lawned square. Lovely furnishings, great bathroom with both tub and separate shower room. Bed was amazing! Pretty four poster, and soooo comfy! Reception staff friendly. Best night's sleep ever in London city centre....

We recently booked the Twenty Nevern Square after consulting TripAdvisor and finding the ratings to be better than average. I must say, we were far from pleased overall. The main plus to this hotel is the location. It's a very short walk to Earl's Court Rd with many restaurants/cafes and a tube stop. It's an easy process to get to...
