I have stayed at the Strand Palace on some earlier trips to London. I always love the location on the Strand because I am particularly interested in going to theatre and museums when I am in London and this hotel is in a great place for that...in October I was able to be in London for 5 days and arranged...

The Grand is a distinctive style of hotel, not part of the new breed, its traditional, with a spacious foyer, concierge, distinctive entrance, choice of bars and restaurants. Location, is almost opposite the Savoy, underground is a couple of minutes walk across from the hotel or you can walk from mainline Euston in 30 minutes. Its an easy walk through...

Well situated hotel in the Strand in London. We stay here often when doing business in London, one because its central, two because its a damn good hotel, and three, because its close to the theatre district. A very good value, luxury, centrally located hotel. Spacious lounge areas.

I generally don't like large hotels. Over the years I have stayed at the Strand Palace on a number of occasions, because of its convenient, central London location. In the couple of years since I last stayed there I notice a distinct improvement. Everywhere looks cleaner, the staff are better trained and attentive to guest's needs. Our room was of...

Clean and strategically situated, this is why I still go to Strand. For the rest the room (single) is small, the bathroom was very cold, and the shower horrible. The room I was given this year was smaller than the one I got the year before (which I think was refurbished). This one was not adequate for a stay of...

I used the hotel for one night on a business trip. The hotel is on a good location a bit hidden between buildings. Overall the Service and the breakfast was quite good and friendly. I got a disabled room which I did not like too much. The double bed turned out to be two individual beds which constantly moved away...
