This hotel really is situated perfectly for a trip to the theatre. And there's so many other things to do in the vicinity. Easy to get to. Lovely bright, spacious lobby. Breakfast pretty standard - but over-crowded. The Pina-Coladas in the Mask Bar.... Fabulous!

The room was clean and the bed comfortable but that is about all I can say positive. There were a few minor issues such as lighting in the room was dim with a burnt out overhead light, the television did not work properly, and the bathroom door only opened halfway before it hit the sink forcing you to turn sideways...

Good experience overall, but external AC machine noise in the room not good enough for guaranteeing a peaceful rest. Staff very friendly and responsive. Perfect location for a trip to the City/Mayfair.

Even though the bathroom was witht he size of my bedroom my stay was really great. Breakfast is more than you can dream of, rooms are nicely clean and well supported. Windows open just a bit so in the summer is possibly quite hot but in October was just perfect. Location is amazing - less than 5 min of all...

We have just come back from our second ever stay at this hotel, which is in a great location. Unfortunately for the price we paid, we did not feel that certain aspects were up to standard. The queue to check in was very long and cumbersome - it took about 40 minutes overall. When we got to the desk, it...

Stayed here on a special treat to visit London and see a show. Ideally located for walking from the station and to the theatres. However found it to be a very disappointing hotel, definately not worth the expensive room rate. Receptionist took ages to check us in, and whilst very beautiful and smiling a lot, couldn't understand basic english or...

I ate in the hotel bar and thought the prices were a bit high. Again however this...

Overall a very good hotel for comfort, price and its position. We've stayed here a number of times and so far we've never needed a taxi.
