Great location near a train station and a few landmarks, friendly staff, pleasant and large room, lots to chose at breakfast. The beds and shower are outstanding. And you can have a lovely dinner at the restaurant of the hotel.

This hotel is lovely. The rooms are very comfortable. The security people and reception staff are outstanding! The restaurant and bar staff are extremely nice and helpful. It is close to the Embankment tube station and Charing Cross is below. Cabs are easy to get. It is one block away from Trafalgar Square. McDonalds & free wifi are next door. There is a market across the street.

The bar and restaurant areas are very attractive and we have been here several times. Today we ordered 2 G&T and one Charcuterie plate and were shocked to be charged £45. The drinks were £14 each. I feel that's too expensive.

We only went to the restaurant for a quick cup of tea, but then this turned into lunch at a wonderful location. It was my birthday and they made sure to celebrate with us. They even prepared a surprise cake and a candle. Both Emon and Sdomiia were very thoughtful and helpful. The food was great, location is superb. We are very thankful.

This hotel is just beautiful and conveniently located next to an underground subway stop. Our room was spacious and clean. The complementary breakfast buffet is outstanding, with an amazing selection of food and drink and exemplary service in a beautiful dining room. The hotel is located close to the theatre district, so we were able to take in 2 Broadway shows during our stay. There are also other restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as other attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel that is well located in central London. Adjacent to Charing Cross tube station. Super nice staff that is very helpful. Rooms are large with good beds and pillows. Nice breakfast room. Highly recommended. We stayed for 8 days and will stay there again.

My husband and I went to The Claremont Restaurant and Bar this evening for a meal. We arrived early and the restaurant was happy to accommodate us. The staff serves with a smile, courteous and efficient. The food was nicely presented, delicious and portions were good. Will definitely visit the restaurant again.

Another fantastic stay ! This is my go to hotel in London, the location is fantastic with easy reach of trafalgar square, soho and covent garden. Our rooms were lovely and spacious with very comfy beds. Breakfast was lovely with a fab view , big shout out to the breakfast team !

We went on our dream vacation to London, September 2023, and stayed at the Clermont Charing Station. We had a wonderful stay there. The room was spacious and filled with a refrigerator filled with drinks and snacks, plenty of towels and two plush robes and slippers. The English breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The desk reception staff was kind, helpful and able to address all my concerns about getting around London. They were great! When we return to London, we would definitely stay here. I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends. And did I say the location is the best too.

Great location, we stayed in a deluxe king and loved our room. The bed was really comfortable, it was well kept and clean. The location was right above the subway, but you could really walk anywhere as the location was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel.
