BEST SPOT IN TOWN, I loved the area and was amazed at how much the city had changed since I had been there 10 years ago. The Tower and all the sights in the area have clean surroundings and the riverbank is inviting

Its nice to be met by so many smiling faces. Everyone was helpful, chatty, made us feel very welcome. From the booking to getting in the taxi to come home, they were lovely people in the hotel. We had dinner in the Brassiere and when the waiter found out it was my Dad's 80th birthday he made us a little...

They were happy with visit, staff, location. They only found tea coffee facilities after 24 hours in drawer, they weren't too happy at that. I ate a meal with them there, expensive they had a very average looking fish n chips, I had a tasty spaghetti bolognaise, but £14.50. Rose wine was £24. Overall they enjoyed their stay but being...

This was my first time staying on this side of London, but I was at The Tower for a conference and decided it would be a good opportunity to explore the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and further down to Greenwich. For these purposes. the location of this hotel was perfect. However, the hotel itself was just average and the...

The best location for work and for pleasure, perfect for the sights and always a very welcoming hotel - Many great restaurants behind the hotel and the Shard is just over the bridge. But please - just reduce the queue for breakfast and implement a "grab and go" facility for those of us who are working

Check in on arrival was very courteous and efficient. I had pre ordered a bottle of champagne for the room, to be there when we arrived, but had to ring reception to have room service deliver it. Reception took some convincing that I had paid for it even though I had just left the desk. We attempted to turn on...

Just spent 4 days at this hotel. Staff excellent, very helpful. Room spacious and very clean. Great view from room. Food very good, plenty to choose from and will appeal to all tastes. However, found it difficult to sleep as the room was so warm, even with the windows open. Called maintenance who basically said the air conditioning did not...
