Stayed for a business trip as I have stayed at the hotel before. check in was efficient and quick. The room sadly was dated and small I was given a room opposite the lifts and although I was not bothered by any noise it was very cramped and I was glad I was staying alone. Also there was a long...

Great hotel stay. Huge window looking over the Thames and tower bridge. The bar outside was nice and relaxing with a great view to look out. Only thing was all the noise from the river - tour boats coming and going from the dock etc quite late. I'd definitely stay again.

Having stayed at the Tower a few times, we decided to book again for my friend's birthday. Our friends were travelling down from Scotland so we booked two nights for them and one night for us. Yet again, the Tower did not disappoint! My friend was given a lovely birthday card, wine and chocolates for her birthday from the management...

We had stayed on the 5th floor and had a double executive room with lovely views of St Katherines Dock. The room came with many complementary items as well as access to a VIP lounge on the 5th floor which offered a range of drinks and snacks during the day and in the evening until 10pm. The breakfast was great...

Stopped here for one night as part of a birthday treat, to see a show. Check in was easy + the receptionist really friendly and helpful. She gave us the last available room with a view of the bridge and shard. We were allowed to in early too - Thank you. The room was a little dated + could do...

We booked this hotel for a long weekend and on arrival we were welcomed by reception staff in a very friendly but efficient manner. We had paid a little extra for tower bridge and river views,we weren't disappointed as the views were stunning. Our room was very clean and well prepared. Breakfasts were excellent and great service. The only slight...

A word of advice if staying at this hotel: DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK CARD for additional expenses. I stayed for training last week. Allowed debit card to be swiped with £50 retainer as company was paying for food and room. Since checkout there has been a catalogue of errors, adding and subtracting various amounts, all incorrect as nil...

Lovely location. Very welcoming reception, spent time helping us chose the room, even though we were only there one night. Bed was extremely comfortable and cleanliness was excellent. To add to a great night we found a lovely Italian Bistro/Restaurant in St Katherines dock (next door to Zizzi's). Breakfast at The Tower was included and was first class too, but...

the hotel is well situated in a nice place with the river view and the bridge view. Hotel rooms are clean even if the minibar is not available. The normal rate includes breakfast.. but in my experience there was a long queue... how is it possilbe? waste of time. Worth to have breakfast out .

we had a 5th Floor room, with the Iconic tower out of our window. Room was clean, crisp bedding, lots of clean white large towels, complimentary mini bar, Bose Sound dock, Nesesspro machine with lots of pods. Breakfast was super, couldn't fault it. Staff always happy to help, always smiling and very approachable.
