Hotel's Favourite
Brilliant service from Mahmoud on checking in and a wonderful stay! Mahmoud sorted us out with a great room and we loved using the Executive Lounge for breakfast. When we left, the concierge stored our bags for us with no fuss at all. Great location to Paddington station and Edgeware Road tube station. Lovely room. Brilliant service. I would absolutely recommend!

Overall hotel is nice. Best part was the check in where we were helped by Jamie who made everything very smooth. Despite the check in being very busy, he helped make our check in experience easy and smooth. The concierge team was also very helpful

Organised an event at the Hilton recently and the amazingly helpful staff were key to a successful event. Huge thanks to (in no particular order) Isbella, Cristina, Harry, Catalin, Cozmin, Raynee, Gabriel, Fabio and Alessandro at Tyburn. The hospitality and level of service was exceptional. Bad trip from start to finish. I had booked this trip for my friends birthday which was on the day of check in. Upon arriving check-in was late. The staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming all throughout the stay. I had reservations at a restaurant at 4pm, which caused me to miss this. I had come from Manchester and arrived at the hotel at 14:40. I knew check in was at 3pm but was told my room would not be ready by then. I was then told to go wait in the lounge and to come back in half an hour to check if my room was ready. At this point I was exhausted from travelling and was forced to push my heavy luggage up and down the hotel, with no help from the staff what so ever. The executive lounge was on the second floor and I had to carry all my luggage there. When I went back half an hour later I was told my room was STILL not ready, and that they could give me access to a temporary room in the meantime to keep my luggage in. I was beyond annoyed at this point, and just took the room. When I went back up to the executive lounge to grab my luggage and my partner the staff member there then had told me that my room was in fact now ready. I cannot describe my frustrations at this point. I was being sent back and fourth like a yo-yo. Upon checking in to my room I could smell a strong sewage smell in the room, which was coming from the bathroom lingering into the bedroom. I rang housekeeping straight away to inform them of this issue who then told me they would send someone up to look at the issue. No one came. On top of that the room was freezing cold. There was draft coming from the window and cold air blowing from the vent. The hot setting was not working at all. The room was freezing cold all night, we had a terrible sleep. It was like this for the entirety of the trip. The next day I had chased up these issues with a manager who had informed me they would try get the issues in the room sorted - which they could not. They then offered me a second room on a different floor which is where things get worse. When I went to check the new room out before moving my luggage over I walked into the room to find a broken glass on the floor!!! I was flabbergasted at how my luck was turning out. I immediately went back to reception and informed them of this. I was angry, and they did not seem to take the danger of this situation seriously. I could have cut myself if I had not seen the glass. I told them that I was so frustrated and that I wanted compensation because I was fed up at this point. The manager refused and then tried to offer me different rooms but I refused. I did not want to move to another room with the luck I was having. I had no other choice but to stay at this awful hotel, with no compensation. I had to stay in the sewer smelling cold room for the rest of my trip. On top of everything, my room was not cleaned from the moment I got there. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and my room was cleaned everyday. Food had been left out for days in the bins. Bedding was not being changed. Toilets were not being cleaned. Towels were not changed daily, toilet paper was not stocked regularly. I had to consistently call housekeeping who would take over an hour to bring me toilet roll, or any other necessities I needed. All in all it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. I thought Hilton held a high reputation for its exceptional service and hotels but this hotel was far from that.

Staying here was a pleasure! I felt accommodated to on every level and the food was almost as excellent as the room service. A member of staff, Liliana especially made me feel very welcome by the support she had given me throughout my time at this hotel and I would definitely recommend herself to anybody else who would stay at this hotel and needs any help.

Gentleman on reception Jamie was more than helpful. Arrived early and allowed me to check in early. Room was excellent and had great view over London. Room upgraded was a nice touch. Usually stay in Hilton paddington but think this is the one now.
