A great position easy walking distance from Knightsbridge tube on the Piccadilly line. Staff polite but no real warmth, this is s busy spot. Room adequate, bed very comfortable with good linen. Very small bathroom and hot water took ages to eventually come through.......but we were in the 14th floor ......most probably in the cheap rooms! Upside incredible views towards...

For short time London travels from Heathrow i always choose picadilly line(tube) hotels. I love running&shopping so i choose this hotel close to hyde park and harrods etc. Old hotel but clean. We stayed at standard twin room. It was big enough for two. Good location. Friendly staff. Good price. Good selection of breakfast but bad coffee. Happy overall.

Staff is super. Location is outstanding. Hotel Services met my expectations (breakfast buffet is delicious and varieties-packed). My special request for room location and extra amenities were met promptly. Some improvement suggestions: Decor and bathroom need an upgrade. Having said that, I will go back and stay there for sure.

Quiet room with a view, excellent location, friendly staff. The room was tidy and quiet with a quite nice view over London roofs and Sloan Street (forteenth floor). The service was polite and discrete, the location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to various sites.

Visited the Tangerine Bar for afternoon tea with my daughters while on a wee break to London. Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
