Staying at this hotel was a devastating experience. Although it looks fabulous on the outside, the hotel is actually dying on the inside. On our second day, we ran into the risk of getting electrocuted after taking our morning showers. The cracks in the ceilings allowed the water from the floor above ours to leak and literally stream down behind...

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I was upgraded to the best room in the hotel which was great. The room was huge, it had 4 bed post and upstairs room. The hotel is slightly outdated but had some great features. The location was great as well near queensway tube. The staff were great and provided a nice breakfast.

My room was fairly small, but fit to purpose. As other reviews mention, some of the carpeting and furniture could do with updating, however the level of cleaniness was generally high. The staff were friendly and professional. Location was ideal - just a short ride on the central line to Oxford Circus, Hyde Park right on the doorstep. Shower was...

Three adults so I reserved two rooms. They are small rooms, but the location was very convenient to Hyde park, many pubs, and restaurants and local transportation. The Wifi worked well in our room and the lobby. The room had two beds and a refrigerator-was basic but since we were out every day we liked what we had. We could...

Requested an early check in via booking.com and an email direct to the hotel, no replies. Rang the hotel and they said they could not promise an early check...

We stayed in this hotel just before Christmas. It's a very nice place, and well situated (near Hyde Park, close to the subway station and to Oxford street). The room was very quiet, just a bit small for the 3 of us. This hotel is charming but a few things could be renovated (such as the carpet in the room)....

Good valute for money. Comfortable, sweet, nice staff. Wi-fi all around the hotel, coffee in the room. Very nice neighbourhood, a short walk to the Hyde Park. The only think they need to improve is room cleaning, I can not undersrand these low British standard.

Hotel is a bit tired and room needed upgrading/redec - not all rooms as per the pictures on the site. No lift to some of the floors, and some wall sockets broken. No evening meals facility. Was ok for one night but wouldn't stay there for more than that.

What would this country do without the delightful people who come here to work and provide our good customer service. Lovely reception staff. Quiet and clean room with comfy huge bed. Room good size and huge shower in bathroom. This hotel is on a major bus route for all attractions and walking distance across parks to Westminster. Beautiful leafy location....

Absolutelt appalling customer service from this despicable hotel. Tried to make a booking for a colleague, and requested a third party credit card form, only to (very rudely) i would have to send the front/back of my card and a copy of my passport. This is totally unacceptable and a huge risk to my credit card security. It is totally...
