I have stayed in many travel lodges over the years but many of the staff that I came into contact with need some further training . They were rude, dissmisive and disinterested. The sadness thing is that they have no self awareness. A smile costs nothing ! Thank you to the older lady (60,s 😊) who checked us in for...

I only stayed one night but I will definitely stay there again when in the area, the staff were friendly and the room and bathroom a nice size and very clean. I have stayed round Covent Garden in the past but in the small independent hotels where the rooms were cramped and the bathrooms actually shower rooms were extremely small

The room was like the other travelodges we have stayed in, with very similar furniture, styling and even carpet. Barely spoke to staff, as we were able to check in ourselves. When we first arrived in our room (in the second building) we were a little concerned that it was right near the main entry. This was only an issue...

We stayed one night here. We had a mixed visit of leisure one day and work the next. A bit confusing in that there were two sites for this establishment which we didn't realise, but good that they would take luggage earlier in the day for us. Although the lack of staff during the day did make this a bit...

We stayed hear recently for one night. The room was clean and tidy and we had a fantastic nights sleep. Tea was on offer on the front desk 24/7 which was fantastic as we enjoy a cup of tea. The breakfast was brilliant and well worth the money. The location was very handy and the staff were polite and helpful....

Great location and close to tube station. Room was clean, fresh and tidy, although the bed was harder than expected, all in all it was comfortable. Restaurant menu is limited but the food was delicious.

Very comfortable in a great location.. I would recommend it. Only downside was that the staff had not cleaned behind the bathroom door, which was evident when the door was closed. Breakfast was okay with plenty of choice.

Really friendly team willing to help where ever was necessary. Great having the breakfast - and the evening meals were pretty good too. Certainly filled the spot. Every team member we dealt with acted genuinely interested in our needs and wants - we weren't just another number. Bloody awesome - Thanks
