I've been here a few times when on business and once when visiting London with my girlfriend. The hotel is ok - very standard Marriott, clean and has everything you can think of needing... The food is very good. The location for business isn't great. It's on the Jubilee line into Central and during rush hour Swiss Cottage, the nearest...

In such a perfect location , being walkable to Primrose hill , this is a lovely hotel , plus we were upgraded to a seventh floor suite , so what isn't there to like . Excellent staff and a very relaxed atmosphere . The suite had magnificent views over London and comfortable sofas and a massive bed. My only criticism...

My family and myself returned to the Marriott in December and were very happy with basically everything at the hotel, but specifically with the staff, and even more specifically with Samir who works by the entrance and was always positively delightful and extremely helpful and welcoming. Looking forward to returning soon! Linda Deal-Hasson

You can't fault a Marriott hotel, which is why we always choose Marriott over other brand hotels. This hotel is in Swiss Cottage and is a minute from the tube station making access to Central London very easy and hassle free. You can be in any part of London central in 10 minutes. If you have a car, there is...

The hotel had made a great effort to make families feel welcome, the foyer and lift was Oz! The pool had floats for children and no restrictions on times for us except that it had to be open. There were surprise sweets in stockings even on christmas morning hung on the door. All facilities were clean and well maintained. Impressed...

Rude staff-reception Very old fashioned rooms UNFLESHED TOILET in room!!! Empty mini fridge Worst hotel experience I've had, would not recommend this to anyone! I was disgusted at how the reception staff made me wait 45 minutes to check in because of an error on their behalf!
