This hotel is always a great place to stay. My family and I have stayed in this hotel for years when visiting London. The staff are always extremely polite and attentive. Breakfast is always delicious and the rooms are clean and smart. Not too far from a tube station with small convenience shops down the road and only a £10...

Please be aware that this property is being refurbished. You will hear construction noises from any room at this hotel! The bad: My family of 4 arrived from the USA very late (about 1:30AM) on Sunday night for a 5-night stay. We waited 10 minutes for someone to show up to help us at the front desk. Then, the desk...

If you can accept getting a bus or taking the tube into town, this is a great north London hotel to bring the children. Breakfast good, pool nice and we were lucky to get one of the newly refurbished rooms. Note; they have only finished the first three floors by april.

Near the Besize Park tube station in a quiet area, this hotel offers simple looking but comfotable rooms. Breakfast is very good, take the full one, and the reception and breakfast staff are great. Good value for money.

Fairly standard Marriott in a great location. We felt a bit awkward at check-in (we were dressed in our 'backpacking clothes') - definitely felt the raised eyebrow. Food in the restaurant was Italian, and delicious. Service at the restaurant was friendly. Service at the concierge / check in desk was competent, but staff did not go out of their way...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay on Christmas Evening at our hotel. We are delighted that you liked our location, the food and service in Carluccio’s restaurant and the special ‘Christmas touch’ hanging on your door knob on Christmas Eve. We are, however, sorry that you felt our hosts did not offer the service...

It's a nice location and very close to the park and Primrose hill for a quick walk. It's a bit far from the tourist sights in the city but the Tube stop which goes directly into the city center was only 5-10 minutes away walking. The rooms were normal Marriott, clean, functional and much bigger than the St. Ermin's. The...

We stayed there with 2 kids and had a family room totally renovated. Room was large, quiet, and very well equipped (electric & USB plugs everywhere). The staff was very caring and provided great tips about nearby restaurants and London attractions. The hotel had a pool and a a great gym. We had breakfast twice at the Carluccio's café in...

Was travelling to London on business short notice -- thought I'd avoid the high London prices and test out the suburbs. Bad idea. Based on the reviews, the hotel didn't seem like a bad option. Service was great on check in but the rooms are dated and sub par. Had a small studio suite that was dingy and had bad...

Booked this hotel as part of my plan to try every Marriott hotel in London. I had the corner suite. A very nice room with a beautiful view of London's inhabited hills. Reception, room service and the food were excellent. Location was ideal for me since I had business in Hemel Hempstead. One observation though, the suite was a bit...
