no they do not have a shuttle service but are very helpful to phone a taxi for you. Also Uber is an excellent service in London. We took a taxi to the airport ...just easier than fussing about with trains and buses.

We stayed here in April 2018. The rooms are cleaned weekly but you can get extra towels at no charge. There is a cleaning charge if you want the room cleaned in between scheduled cleans. I think it was around fifty pounds.
