As a preface to any comments you must bear in mind this is a no frills, budget hotel that doesn't pretend to be what it's not! As such I have always found the rooms clean, the showers hygenic, working and temperature regulators easy to master and toilets clean though the plumbing's a bit antiquated. The hotel is relatively quiet. The...

We stayed here for a night, such a cute little room, had everything you need. Defo stay here again, great price, clean, brewing up facilities. All you need. Quick note, we were right up on the top floor so the room was quite warm, but it was muggy outside.

This is now just one of many stays I've had here and just as before the service was simply fab with all the staff just so friendly and willing to help. I did have a minor problem with the TV yesterday not working properly but true to form they sorted it out quick. Ta

We were most welcomed by the Limegrove staff. The rooms were very clean, and its quite comfortable. I believe its the best place to stay in London if you are budget traveller. The owner himself is a well educated guy, so he is highly considerate and you will not face any unpleasant arguments like some other budget hotels! So I...

Please bear in mind that this is not a Palace, but this BNB deserves much more consideration. We lived at the Limegrove bnb for one week, as a transitory solution before moving in our apartment nearby. The Limegrove was one of the cheapest solution in central London, cheaper than any Airbnb. We were very satisfied, given such a competitive price....

Our stay was short but we had a good stay overall. The place was simple but tidy and clean. The staff were good and friendly. We cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not have it but another guest that we met during our stay who did have it said it was good.

We had 3 booked for a friend's birthday party. We all had clean rooms, pristine sheets and towels and a reasonable breakfast. The en-suite facilities were small but did the job. The Sri Lankan family made us very welcome. What do people who criticise the hotel expect in Central London for £65 per night!

Terrible indeed! I'd say I stayed in a storage room rather than a normal bedroom for 60 quid! I would never expect myself ever to be asked about my religious beliefs at a hotel! why would this matter?! surprisingly the whole attitude changed afterwards accordingly! they changed my booked room into another one where you can barely stand up. there...

I have always been a fair minded person and in defence, I must state that this is not a 5 star hotel and the facilities provided are more than adequate for the rates. I was only there for a night and had breakfast which was just great. Very sad to read some of the negative comments.
