Confusion in check in..Inadequate room (even after a decade using this hotel )and Junior Suite level. Visitors told we were not registered in hotel even after we had complained (three times) During our stay we had guests for dinner, lunch or tea. In seven nights we held six events but only one was without an incident. We had arranged a... More

Our room was cosy and had unexpected character with a number of nicely framed pictures on the walls. It was clean & compact and suited our needs whilst in London. It is about four minutes walk to Oxford Street. Whilst the blackout curtains were appreciated, the aircon was a little loud.

Very impressed with the staff at this busy London hotel. They seem to find the time to look after you and provide a personal service to their guests. They upgraded us, the breakfasts were good, we had a clean and decent sized room. Not too loud even though very central.

My husband and I booked this for a nice little weekend away. The hotel reception area is nice but the room was a bit of a let down. Short hairs in the shower that weren't ours! Also breakfast, in this day and age surely having some frozen vegetarian sausages in the freezer for non meat eating guests is standard? Obviously... More

I wouldn't normally review this hotel It is as super efficient, well kept with helpful competent staff as can be expected of a hotel of this standard in a major city. But I did discover something worth passing on. Radisson Blu have an APP through which you can order room service. Wonders of technology - our order arrived on time... More

As always a fantastic hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. It's perfectly located for shopping and theatre. Using the bus made all the difference and less cost than taxi. Food is excellent and they make the best poached eggs ever.

When in London for business, this is where I stay. Nothing fancy, but good location for reaching meetings without too much hazzle. Oxford street near by in case shopping needs. Showing my Carlson gold card I was immediately upgraded to a business room. Appreciated!

I was in this great property from the 3rd to the 11th November 2016. From the moment we arrived at the hotel we have experienced great service. The check-in was quick and efficient. Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
