I stay here whenever rates suit my budget (not as often as I would like). The hotel is in a great location a short bus ride or 15 minutes' walk to Euston/St Pancras stations, Russell Square shopping and 15 minutes' walk to Covent Garden. Rooms at the front can be noisy, but all are comfortable, though with little in the...

I work in the catering and hospitality industry, I was pleased with the helpfulness of the staff! Especially bar and restaurant supervisor Stefan and a bar staff member called Diego, they where great! I ate in the restaurant both for dinner and for breakfast, most of the food was lovely apart from the lack of seasoning! The room was lovely...

Terrific value high quality hotel in a great location close to Holborn - few minutes walk from West End theatres. I booked a single room which was small but perfectly formed, with modern fresh decor, big TV, and comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size, very modern with an excellent shower. I paid £89 which for this quality in...

Stayed for two nights as a couple mid February. The only real interaction we had with staff was when checking in and the lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful. There were multiple rooms available for us and she asked which we would prefer which is always a nice touch. We asked for a room that would be quieter...

I spent 2 nights for business in this hotel. Although it's well located the staff in charge of assisting the clients is one of the worst I have ever experienced. I woke up twice without being able to have a shower with hot water. I called the reception the first morning without receiving any assistance an the staff denied any...

The hotel accommodation was as we expected, first class. We liked the breakfast area and bar that served the street direct. Even though we arrived in the midst of a power outage, the hotel staff coped professionally and courteously as usual. Hotel position location is perfect for theatres and all amenities. The Mattresses excellent as in all your hotels...a good...

We stayed here for 7 days with my wife. This was a vacation trip. Excellent service, clean rooms though small, it is London of course, and excellent location. 3 blocks from Russel Square tube station. Many eating options close by. 3 blocks from the British museum. Has a good on site restaurant. Highly recommended hotel. Excellent value.

We stayed for one night this week in the Mercure Bloomsbury, great location just south of Euston station, and just north of Shaftesbury Avenue. Good location to get out and about to all parts of London. If you like a walk then you can easily get across to Leicester Square, Covent Garden and the theatres from here. The staff in...

Snuggly nestled within Central London is academic and leafy Bloomsbury, an area that boasts walking distance access to many of London's most popular attractions. It is also home to some of Britain's most celebrated museums, including the must-see British Museum. Despite an understandable popularity with students, tourists and day trippers, vast sections of Bloomsbury retain a quiet, residential feel year round and throughout the week.
