The hotel was comfortable and clean. The best was its location which was just few mins walking distance to Thames and 15 mins walk to south bank. Not sure if I liked the room with all the mirrors though.

Attentive reception. Good, clean, well-equipped room. Quiet at the back of the hotel (room 435). Bed quite firm, which is worth noting. Let down by some details. Unnecessary replacement of towels. No replenishment of tea bags and biscuits. Restaurant staff weren't familiar

This Novotel is well placed for the centre of London, just off of Lambeth Bridge, hence it is popular with tourists. There is limited underground, chargeable, parking and our room was well-appointed and comfortable. The self-service breakfast, although adequate in content, was a

Staff always willing to help. Great service. Love the Garden Cafe and Museum over the road. Handy to buses that went to and from Waterloo and Victoria meant easy and convenient to get anywhere when you were too tired to walk or it was raining or getting dark

Hello. no it is not free for children as far as I am aware. However it is a very well stocked breakfast with most things anyone might want for a great start to your day. it can be a bit hit and miss when it is busy on re-stocking items etc but usually only a word with one of the very helpful staff gets this sorted. Hope that helps.

Hello, lots of near ones but we tend to go to Westminster as just a short walk along the south Bank and over the bridge, and it's a nice station.

The glass in our bathroom room was heavily frosted and the bathroom lighting meant that unless you were standing right up against the bathroom door, there was no silhouette either. Fortunately, the bathrooms are a good size, so you can keep well away from the door if you don’t want to put on a show 😀
