Me and 3 others stayed here whilst working in london. On arrival we thought we were lost, as the Boston manor we could see was what looked like a take away shop. Noooooo we weren't lost unfortunately. Once we navigated around the tightly packed carpark, we proceeded to the reception. The smell of curry is overwhelming to say the least...

The staff are good at this hotel, courteous and helpful. This is a basic hotel and for the money its good. There is free parking free wifi, and free breakfast.what more could you want, the room lacks personality, but was a good size, although two single beds stuck together with a crack down the middle was a bit of a pain. The problem...

When my partner rang to confirm our reservation the week leading up to our stay the staff were very helpful to ensure our room had a bath. The room was large, accommodating 3 single beds with plenty of space to walk around. One of the beds had a soft mattress but the other two mattresses were hard. The bathroom was...

Came here for a 3 night stay to visit London.. great value compared to London hotels, 10 min walk from the Piccadilly line, staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, restaurant for evening meal was lovely. Room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. Would definitely return again if visiting London! Also free parking which is great!

Dear Guest, I must urgently correct your claim that we accommodate DHSS families at Boston Manor Hotel. We do have some regular repeat visitors and long-stay guests, and you evidently mistook these for welfare recipients. If some of them displayed bad manners, then we must apologise on their behalf, but this is a very rare occurrence in our hotel. Aside...

Stayed at the hotel for one night. On arrival a nice large car park with free of charge at the rear of the hotel. Checked in at reception with a welcoming and pleasant receptionist.
