The personnel of the hotel is kind and friendly and always ready to help and it was so easy to book a room on-line. Our room was clean although humbly furnished and the TV did not work. I was a little bit disappointed at first because I expected something different according to the photos on the internet. However, the price...

Unfortunately we where! We had a family room, which did have a huge kingg size bed, and 2 single beds. The bathroom was also a good size, but the place was absolutely filthy! The shower hardly worked. The lift kept breaking down, and the florr was very uneven! You had to keep having your key card re-booted, which is a...

When we booked this hotel, we only required a very basic room and going off the online reviews posted, this is what we expected. Although the room we ended up was kind of satisfactory to our needs as it had a door and the bed linen/towels were clean, I would not recommend this hotel for anything more than somewhere to...

My husband and I, fortunately only booked one ight at this hotel. First impressions were poor, with the entrance to the car park blocked by an old van. We were eventually allowed in after an altercation with 2 very unpleasant individuals at the "out" gate. Reception was courteous and swift but the walk to our room through endless and increasingly...

When we arrived, the reception told us that there are no rooms and we have to stay on third basement without windows and it stings. It was only for pigs. Next they tried to put us to an other discusting and dirty room. Finally ...after asking them to return my money and not to stay on that building they give...

My husband and I had booked 5 nights accommodation at the Queens Hotel in good faith, based on the advert from Euro Hotels. After travelling for almost 13 hours from Italy we were exhausted and looking forward to spending the next few days relaxing in one of the comfortable rooms we had seen on the advert. What a shocker! On...

This hotel is like a retired porn set. Dirty. Full of knickknacks drudged up from someone’s basement. Moving props in the shape of beautiful Eastern European women. Functional rooms. Single beds. Peeling paint. Tread bare carpet. Leaky bathrooms. On the way to my room, I passed through a hallway that smelled like a chemical fire. Stepping over mountains of dirty...

Spend a bit more and get somewhere else, for your own sake! I can empathise with the previous review, we were stuck in a nasty room miles from reception and as we walked deeper and deeper into the hotel to find our room, you felt like the class of room was just getting worse and worse, with rotten wood, peeling...

Me and my friends wanted somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay for our weekend away in London! We arrived at the hotel on the Friday night at 2330, from te outside it looked lovely( in the dark anyway)! The reception was welcoming and looked pleasant. Wen we tried to check in, the assistant at the desk was slow, he ignored...

I'd rather spend a night in Josef Fritzl's basement than stay another night at the Queens. At first I thought they had over booked and put us in the staff quarter due to the youth hostel feel to the room and the Henry vacuum cleaner abandoned on our doorstep, but then reading the rest of the reviews I realise that's...
