Tried hard to like this place. - outside being refurbished. Looks a bit messy. Not a problem to me at all. -inside reception/bar/restaurant clean, traditionally furnished - receptionist very helpful -Keycards didn't work, receptionist resolved - rooms basic, clean and as expected. Tea making facilities, two towels, clean bedding. Air con and TV which was nice. -since we'd spent the...

We've actually been here in the winter of 2015. We got a good price for 3 nights. It's pretty far from the city center, but if you're a traveler you might enjoy your double-decker ride. You've got a Sainsbury's close by and a lot of other small shops. The breakfast is nice and lovely and the people from the front...

I enjoyed my stay. Few minors things i.e. Minimal parking and ticket not issued to avoid penalty. But was resolved quickly upon exit. Basement room no window but decor was extremely nice comfort was 10/10 and air condition was available. Staff were polite. Accommodation was clean and tidy

For a school trip we actually came to this place as a last minute plan, our teacher made a late decision and we were stuck with this place, rooms were not spacy at all , our toilet flush was broken, a lot of incrusation made the shower in the morning quite unpleasant. The breakfast we had was quite disappointing as...

We stayed here this week, and added on an extra day at the beginning. When we arrived we were told parking was £5 per night, something not advertised beforehand but hardly a hardship. Our room was a large quad (two singles and a bunkbed), and was very clean with an en suite shower and a travel cot when requested. The...

I'm baffled at why this hotel is still advertised! Just to name a few reasons why this hotel is shocking: 1. Arriving at the hotel, the place looked like a bomb site with half the hotel under construction. 2. Lack of car spaces..and when it is full they close the gate so you have to back out onto the busy...

Excellent Housekeeping service. The staff at the reception are very professional and courteous. Very convenient in a pleasant area of Crystal Palace. Recommended. Buy an internet pass at the desk which lasts 24 hours, and have a cup of tea upon checking in.

We loved the Hotel. The rooms and the Hotel itself are clean, the beds are comfortable, the receptionst are always helpful and nice (however early evenings quite busy). We were able check in earlier which was nice and could check out at 2 AM. The noise from the corridor stays with you the whole time but the Hotel wasn't that...

I was recently working in Croydon and this place was the most convenient place to stay. As soon as we arrived we were told parking was 5 pounds per day. This is the only time we have had to pay for parking! My room was an en suite double. The room was clean but nothing spectacular. It was £58 per...
