it's an average hotel at an alright price. No allergenic bedding was a bit of a pain but the rooms are what you would expect for the money and staff very pleasant. Breakfast was OK. If there was a good category in would have chosen that but it wasn't 'very good'

The hotel was in a prime location so that was a huge plus. It was centrally located to most places, a convenience store down the street, etc. My room also overlooked Russell Square which was really nice. The hotel room itself had a bit of a smell but was clean.

I stayed in this hotel with my traveling buddy and it was enough for us. Nice breakfast, clean but basic bathroom and clean but small bedroom. However, very good value and convenient place as it is very close to city. I do recommend it.

We went to this hotel based on recommendation from a friend, the room was a bit small, but the cleaning service was nice, the hotel located on a great place really close to the tube, and have a straight line from LHR airport, the breakfast was nice there is 2 levels of breakfast

We found the toilet in our room had been used & not flushed when we checked in and on one other occasion used & seat up. Kneeling on floor results in gritty knees & on our third day towels nor sheets replaced. But breakfast was shocking. Many guests and insufficient food. When

Yes, it says so on their faq page on their webpage. Suitable for children under 2 years old. They probably have a limited number and they recommend booking online to be sure Br Mark
