When you pay more than 200-Pounds for a night to stay in this nicely located good place, you also expect to have a reasonable choice of breakfast - but no, this hotel has an agreement with the next door Gail for it and they give you a very miser boring offer, unless you are wiling to buy extras and more... I stayed here for three nights in one of the MyPlace suites -- I had #2, which is the smaller of the two suites. The two suites are on the 5th floor and are accessible via a private entrance on the 4th floor and stairs that lead to the suites. The room itself was nice....big, nicely decorated and clean with... Great location for the West End district and short walk to the Trafalgar and square. Small room but ample for 2 people. Very friendly front desk staff who were more than willing to assist. Bakery and restaurant on site and convenience store 150m away!

Reception staff friendly and helpful at all times. Stayed in front 1st floor room (111) which was good size, great bathroom and well equipped with excellent hot water and heating. Bed, pillows & quilt were just amazingly soft & cosy and we both slept unusually well. Secondary glazing unit so hardly any street noise contrary to others reports & we... More

Only stayed for one night but will return for longer. Everything about this hotel is Top Class, friendly reception staff always smiling, happy and extremely helpful. Our room was more like an apartment on the top floor, there was everything you needed plus so many extras. All in All the best place we have ever stayed in London. Thank you.

I stayed here for two nights while attending a West End show. The location was perfect, within walking distance from tube stations, theatres, restaurants etc. The hotel itself was nice and the staff friendly. The room was very small, but as I was on my own, this wasn't a problem. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I... More

Spent two nights at My Bloomsbury. Chose the hotel because of its proximity to the British Museum. It is, otherwise, a great location for restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, but it was really small. I really missed a desk. While I expected some street noise (my room was on the second floor, facing... More

Room didn't look like what I'd booked, the step as soon as I walked into room is quite dangerous as not very visible, the tea/coffee machine was on a shelf which I couldn't reach very well and when I did manage it the coffee machine didn't work.
