We had the unfortunate experience of staying here for one night. There is no reception desk, just a text message to tell you the code for the front door and where I find your room key. Room was small, and on first appearance looks clean, however it's not as clean as it appears. Carpet is dirty, bathroom absolutely reeks of...

Family room. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty. Almost every tile on the bathroom floor was broken. The shower was so hot that my wife and children could not use it. There was no electricity on the second day. The management were impossible to find/contact. They tried to take £120 from my bank without my permission. The...

An incredible experience for all the wrong reasons! Half the rooms seem to be rented out to working girls and guys so had "clients" trying to get in my room during the day. Parking a nightmare unless you can get there early enough to grab a limited space. Bedding wasn't changed. Long black hairs found all through the bed and...

Stayed for a night in a family room as we were heading to WTM. Got a good size family room with 4 beds(even though we needed 3). Also we were managed to check-in early which was really helpful as we wanted to get changed and goto a meeting. Room was clean and you got everything you need for the stay....

We stayed over night last week. It seamed good value for money as it was only £57 a night but as we later found out they also charge £10 cleaning fee(!) on top of that! What hotel charges a cleaning fee? Do I get an option of not cleaning? The shower was dirty and had black mould in it so...

We planned to stay for 1 night at the Acton hill hotel, as we were going to an event at Wembley stadium. But we were call by the hotel 3 days before our stay, and told due to renovation work they had to cancel our booking. I was suspicious of this as its near Wembley and it's a very popular...

The single room was small though had recently been refurbished to a good standard and was clean and welcoming. The owners, whilst being frustratingly disorganised to deal with, were accomodating. The hotel was reasonably quite overnight, with some noise from traffic & late night revellers - but nothing out of the ordinary for a mainroad location in Greater London The...

Clean, well presented room. Very good price for the quality and location. No communal areas but room has TV, on suite shower room, kettle, towels and soaps. Shops and pubs in easy access also only a few mins walk to Acton Town tube station which is on the Piccadilly line.

Given the price of £59.50 for a room that was adequate and comfortable, it’s unfair to give a completely harsh review but to say the organisation of this hotel leaves a huge amount to be desired is an understatement. There is no reception area or receptionist. When I and my wife arrived, two other guests sat on stairs wondering what...

Well what can I say the hotel being done up and very disappointing as we were really not happy as the first room was very small. It was really squashed, They moved us to another room which was a bit better but not brilliant as we were not comfy on the bed at all falling out so I did not...
