We always stay here when we are in Town as it can't be beaten for service, style and location. Always a warm welcome from everyone that works there and nothing is too much trouble for them - a real joy and pleasure to visit every time..!

We booked the junior suite for 3 nights. The room was very large, had two comfy and clean bathrooms. The only small downside was the size of the bed. My boyfriend is almost 2 metres and he ended up with his feet sticking out of the bed. During our stay we also had a very nice high tea in the...

The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Stayed on the 6th floor in a newly renovated junior suite, which was very small but lovely. It's a shame the bathrooms weren't redesigned in the renovation. Unfortunately, the towel rack is right up against the toilet seat, and there's no space to place toiletries and makeup on the sink or under the...

We chose The Capital Hotel for our overnight stay, to attend the UKHA Winter's Ball, and although we arrived after a long day in our work clothes and not looking like their usual clientele, we were treated like VIPs and made to feel very special. Thank you to everyone that made it such a memorable stay! We hope to be...

Following an excellent lunch we proceeded onto this tasting. Cesar (Portugese) gave a very interesting and informative presentation on whisky - how it is produced, how you should serve it - all in the shape of the glass. We has a whiskey cocktail followed by sampling three different malt whiskey's with different cheeses which were also excellent. We had a...

The hotel is first class with excellent amenities and very friendly, efficient staff. We were made to feel special and very welcome. The hotel is extremely well managed and the room and public areas were very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and our room on the fifth floor was surprisingly quiet for a London hotel. The...

Thank you for taking the time to write your kind review. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you found the team to be so friendly and welcoming. The car park is indeed a bonus, parking in London can be painful so it is rather a treat to pull up outside and not have any...

Our experience at this hotel was simply extraordinary. The location is perfect - I do not believe there could be a better location for shopping in London. Located literally right around the corner from Harrod's and Sloane Street. The staff were delightful to a person. They harken back to times when people actually took pride in their work and went...

From check-in to check-out a great experience. Stayed for two nights wish it could have been longer. Although our room overlooked the street there was very little noise. I stayed 24th & 25th Dec It was a nice boutique hotel with a great position especially if you like to shop in Knightsbridge. Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
