Stayed with my husband on business trip. The Hotel had a scheduled repair that meant no hot water in the room the last day of our stay which was not disclosed when we checked in. Instead we were informed of it by a letter left by housekeeping the night before the hot water was turned off. In the end we... More

My family and I have stayed at the Berkeley for 25 years every summer and the hotel has always felt like my London address. Over the years I have seen many changes and one think always remains the friendly service. Over the last year the Berkeley has gone under some form of renovation and I believe this will continue for... More

We had a very comfortable stay at the Berkeley for my birthday. We had a slight problem with the room on arrival, but this was dealt with excellently by the staff whilst we sipped a delicious cocktail at the bar. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The spa area is great, a nice little roof garden area and views... More

Stayed here last weekend after a recommendation from a friend who visited recently. The hotel has gone through some refurbishment but I must say is looking fabulous with a new entrance and a warm smile upon arrival. Nothing was too much trouble from the very attentive staff who made my friend and I feel very welcome and special. The newly... More

A very good fresh meal served with perfectly chilled Dom P by the team who have always been there, the name changes but the welcome remains the same. Please can people not take photographs with telephones when I am trying to have a drink, it really puts me off. It's a cake, eat it, you don't need to photograph it... More

Small boutique hotel, good location and good service. Rooms are nice even though some of them are not renovated. Personally i think it is too expensive for what you get, with better options around for similar price. Very dissapointed with the breakfast which is a continental buffet and then you have to pay for the rest of the food. Good... More

Went along to The Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge for afternoon tea with some girlfriends. The décor is delightful, the tea was good and had some more unusual items - slightly less traditional as there were no scones but that said the tea was very good and the service delightful.

So pleased to learn that you enjoyed your visit with friends for Pret-a-Portea and you are quite right that our designer afternoon tea is a slightly less traditional tea, where scones do not tend to feature, as the seasonal menus are created by taking inspiration from the themes and colours of the fashion world. We look forward to having the... More

Beautiful modernist hotel boasting five star luxury a stones throw from Harrods and Harvey Nicks. I came for a meeting and was very impressed by the discreet service and the slick interiors. I only had a green tea which came in a teapot and was poured for me by a very smart waiter.
