This is a hotel close to my office and as a business we use it for overnight stays in London. Last week I stayed on the night of the London Underground strike, the hotel was understandably very busy, but despite that the quality of service and hospitality was outstanding, in a very civilised and discreet way this is one of...

The Langham is my favorite hotel in London. Everything at the Langham is to the highest standard - the room, service, restaurants, bar, afternoon tea, location and the ambiance. I have stayed there 3 times now and it is my London home.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Spacious room and I can't say enough about the staff. They were all very attentive and friendly. Spent 3 nights with my teenage niece who also enjoyed her stay. Given the level of service, it was money well-spent!

Four of us went for a shopping, touristy two day and one night stay. Location was key. The rooms were clean, bright and airy. Bathrooms were amazing and products on offer were first class. Although a very central location, it was an oasis of calm, quiet and comfort. Staff were all helpful and we would happily have stayed far longer....

Beautiful grand hotel full of history. Room was not huge but large enough for a real king size bed. Service like you would expect in London, perfect done with pride and a smile. Concierge was very helpful with suggestions and information. Only a few blocks from Oxford Circus and the tube. Our room came with Breakfast which was a buffet...

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. The service is excellent, free in room wifi, location is top notch, and the level of cleanliness all around the place is superb. They clean and check your room twice a day! But i have a feeling that this hotel rarely have a group of tourist (42 people) as guests with 2...

A great place to stay although sadly only for one night. It was amazing and it a great central location for all the London attractions. Staff were brilliant - really helpful with excellent customer service. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant and really nice large room with a huge comfortable bed.

Huge hotel maze that is rather confusing. Missed 2 nights of turn down service and no replenishment on bottled water for 2 days too. It is an okay place but perhaps its size doesn't do justice to its service level. I was a bit disappointed in my recent stay there, preferring The Savoy over The Langham after comparing the two.

Dear DizzeeLizzie, Thank you so very much for taking your time to complete a review following your stay in June at The Langham London. I was disappointed to note that you highlighted missing our evening turndown service on two occasions which also resulted in you not receiving the complimentary turndown water, we will follow this service shortfall up internally with...

This beautiful hotel is more beautiful than the pictures state. The most amazing aroma hits you as you walk in of ginger lily! The signature scent is divine! The staff were courteous, polite, professional and attentive. The tradition is steeped in everything and everybody there. The artesan bar is amazing and the cocktails truly deserve the title of best in...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
