We went for a drink while waiting for a train. Bar was good and had a good atmosphere. I walked around the hotel and must say it was quite old fashion. Such a shame when the outside wS refurbished recently.

I stayed at the Hotel for a 2 day business meeting also held at the hotel. I would not recommend the Hotel for a business meeting. The room was dark and stuffy. The food and beverage service was very good. The receptionist and concierge were very professional I got overcharged on my credit card for the room by £80 and... More

Stayed for two nights on Marriott points (I am a Gold Member). It's a beautiful building and my wife had always wanted to stay in it. So we did! The reception lobby/lounge/bar is magnificent and has a great buzz about it. Once you go up to the rooms it's really like any other decent top end Marriott hotel.Comfortable room, all... More

What a disappointment. Beyond the attractive entrance hall area, this hotel makes a mockery of the star rating system and is more akin to a 3 star chain hotel. My room on the 6th floor was pokey and blandly decorated and contained twin beds - what single business traveller would expect to get a single bed in a 5 star... More

We only stayed one night, following our train trip back into London from Paris, but we were very pleased. We arrived on the Eurostar around noon and the hotel staff very generously allowed us to go ahead and check in so we could have the afternoon exploring the city. There a plenty of shops and places to eat in the... More

We stayed here on our second night following a previous night at the Marriott Grosvenor. I had always fancied trying this hotel after I saw the refurbished project competed and used this as a perfect opportunity. Location wise it's what I'd describe as an area undergoing regeneration. The actual station at both St Pancras and the adjacent Kings Cross are... More

I have passed by this hotel a lot over the years and always fancied staying so I was really looking forward to our stay. The building is just breathtaking both inside and out and the rooms have the most beautiful high ceilings and details however as we found out this does not make up for everything else about the hotel.... While recently traveling to London on business, I was fortunate enough to stay at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London. Gorgeous property and conveniently located in the St. Pancras Railway Station. Many of great restaurants and pubs close by. I have to say though that the staff were superb and really went above and beyond which made my stay even... More

Had a wonderful two night stay at this historic former railway hotel. Great location for getting out and about Looking noon. Room was in the Barlow wing on the top floor; good size and nicely amenities. A little dark as only a small dormer window overlooking the roof of the railway station next door. Very quite though as a result.... More
