Location is absolutely perfect for London city, just 400m from Waterloo station. The area is nice and calm: Waterloo Millennium park (nice for morning coffee), small convenient shops, restaurants. The hotel offers an early check-in (before 2pm) and late check-out (after 2pm) for £10 each. There is a restaurant on the ground floor with breakfast being served at 6am. Complimentary...

Very good location near Waterloo Station so great for getting anywhere in London. Loads of buses too if you want to travel overground. Near the Thames. Good sized rooms with nice beds. Handy bar and snack area. Exceptional breakfast. You won't get better! Very clean with nice staff. 3pm check in is a pain though. Good value.

Hotel is close too Waterloo st. and that's the main reason to the three stars. Also the rooms are big enough for two adults and two small children's. the staff at the reception seemed like they didn't care and breakfast was low standard. Rather eat out, but couldn't see any good places around.

I resent that fact that I have to stay here due to my client's company policy. I had several dissatisfactory experience in various stays. The hotel is unclean. There were times when my room had a mould the size of a cotton ball in the shower. Once the toilet still had traces of the previous tenants bowel. Customer service is...

Stayed here when visiting the Lyceum Theatre. Staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and quite clean. Breakfast was good too. Would stay here again for the price when in the area again - great location for Waterloo Station.

Great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a cafe and bar attached. The bar is very handy (although it could have done with a few more seating areas!). Rooms are roomy and the beds comfy. Very pleased with it

Great location. Leave Waterloo tube station and turn right. Just 5 minutes' walk. Literally next to Hilton Hampton. Very convenient for travelling around London (well connected to various subway lines and buses). Facilities: of course, very basic. That's Travelodge. But room was clean and quiet. Served its purpose. Staff were friendly. I made several enquiries and they responded well. No...

We stayed for a Sunday night. The staff were all extremely helpful, such as when we asked about local buses. We had a very comfortable stay in the room - shower, TV & WiFi (paid for) all worked well, bed very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was freshly prepared and well presented. The restaurant seemed pleasanter than other Travelodges we have...

The hotel is in a great location, we have stayed here about 4 times now as have many of our friends and none of us have had any complaints. Staff are welcoming, hotel clean and beds comfortable, all at a good price. We would stay again and again when in London.

This is the second time we have stayed here, we upgraded to a super room for this visit as we were there for 3 nights, the room was lovely, had everything we needed but with a much better feel than a standard room, we had an issue with the touch sensitive lights that came on throughout the night, it was...
