Way better hotels at this price range. Staff are extremely rude & unprofessional. Didn't expect much as it was cheap but their staff just need to learn some MANNERS. ESPECIALLY THEIR SO CALLED MANAGERS AT THE RECEPTION. EITHER MISSING OR SLEEPING.

DO NOT BOOK! It's cheap but not for what it's worth! Maybe at £39 a night it's reasonable but it goes for avg £52 which is SO not worth the service attitude you get the moment u happily check in, rats in the room, stains EVERYWHERE & a toilet u can't turn your body around in. Linens are never changed...

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever been in. The reception staff were rude and when my husband and I went to check in the guy was doing paperwork, looked up at me, then carried on for a minute before asking me what I wanted. The carpet was as soiled as the floor in Camden Market (have attached...

We stayed for one night. First impressions were good outside and the entrance wasnt great but reception ok. However thats as far as it goes. The twin rooms downstairs are tiny, enough room for 2 beds and thats it. Cleanliness is not a word i think they recognise here. Carpets are disgusting, i made sure i didnt walk barefoot. Electrics...

So firstly, let's call this hotel what it is, an absolute dump! Location was great and i chose the hotel based on its close proximity to Earl's Court station and Kensington high street. The pictures for the hotel give the impression of a lovely hotel blended into kensingtons affluent townhouses. Oh dear, I can only assume these photos were taken...

Wouldn't even give this a one mark on here it was quite honestly the worst place I've ever stayed. From the moment I walked through the door the place had things falling off the walls and the staff were so rude and made you feel really uncomfortable. Once up in our room it was much worse skirting board off the...

The Business card at reception describes the hotel as recently renovated. I think they meant the office as that was the only fresh looking area I saw.The only good thing about this hotel was the location, we were stuck in a lower ground floor room that was so hot as the under floor heating was on in the hall which...

The hotel room was disgusting. Mould on walls and skirting boards. Horrendous smell of damp. Rising damp from radiators resulting in brown sludge on floor near pipes. Hole in corner of ceiling as a result of damp/leak. Carpet revolting and didn't even look like it had been cleaned. Complained and asked for room change but uncooperative staff. If it wasn't...
