I've never had a good experience with london hotels, alwayz a rip off for what you get. This place was $200AU just for one night. Facilities were adequate, bathroom modern, bed ok. We were put in the sister hotel across the room, which didn't look like the photos. We missed breakfast and found the staff rather short and unhelpful. That...

The price is not low at all for two nights and the room is terribly small, I can't even open my suit case flat. The carpet was very dirty. The door is not sound proof, I can hear the neighbours walking and talking. The staff was not helpful at all. I almost turned around and tried to find another hotel...

Stayed here on 8th July for 1 night. Though I had booked to stay at the Judd Hotel I was told that my room would actually be in the annex called the Jenkins Hotel across the road, which wasn't a problem. The room key also opens the main door of the hotel which was good since it meant that I...

The hotel is situated at a great location in central London and is close to Russell square. However I have a couple of comments. Ask for a room on the first two floors, definitely don't accept a room on the third floor because the steps are dangerous. Both my husband and myself we slipped and fell flat. The rooms are...

We arrived at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The interior and exterior seemed very well kept. Our room was tiny (for 3) but was ample space the next morning once we folded the sofa bed up. We did eperience some noise from the room above but that seemed to die down about midnight and didnt start again until 630...

When we first arrived we were locked outside on the steps with another guest for 10 minutes, until the receptionist finally arrived from wherever she had been! She then begun to check is in with the most uninterested poor attitude I have ever seen in the service industry. Finally she sent us on our way across the road to their...

This hotel is not cheap at all, so my expectations were higher than what I experienced during my two night stay. I had a room in the basement. The towels lay on the bed. The reason was obvious very soon: the bath was simply too small for towel holders. The breakfast was very basic. For 60 bucks more I could...

Excellent location for the NUT building where we had a meeting. Very clean everywhere, but also very basic. No lifts and narrow stairways to the basement where the breakfast area is. Good food, but very limited selection. WiFi just not working at all. We were in basement room 5 which was so small there was not even space to open...

3 of us (adults) stayed here for 1 night on the weekend & were put up in neighbouring building. Good location not far from Russel Square & close enough to Camden. Decent facilities including comfy bed good shower & cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful & for the price we paid would definitely return.

I would describe this hotel as clean and tidy, well located, but wifi speed is unusable as it's as slow as an asthmatic ant with a lot of shopping! TV is not an option either, as from my room deep in the bowels of Bloomsbury (I think my room is actually deeper underground than the Cross-rail excavations) the signal is...
