Me and my husband stayed there for 5 nights. Very confortable, great bed, great quality linen and fluffy bath towels. Amazing quality hygiene products, we both fell in love with the smell ❤️ It is a downtown hotel so expect noises at night but with the windows closed we heard nothing. Did not try any of the hotel restaurants or...

Look at the previous reviews, and it's pretty clear - as a leisure tourist, location is phenomenal. A short walk from the Piccadilly line, which incidentally links nicely to LHR, and smack in the middle of action central, with Regent St on one side, Covent Garden on the other, and Chinatown on the doorstep. It is noisy in the lobby,...

Being right in the heart of London, our location does benefit us, as you have rightly advised, by having the best entertainment, shopping and food areas just at our doorstep. In...

Just to be clear from the beginning I did not stay here. I came to the hotel for a 2 day training course in the Studio and thought the venue was excellent. The facilities are top drawer and whilst the whole place is clearly design - led and something of a trendy nightclub ambience, it is nevertheless a great place...

Horrible experience for the business traveler. The location is difficult to navigate to with various road closures, being near a tourist area, etc. So, plan on taking 10-15 minutes to walk to the hotel as the cab or uber driver will not be able to even get close to the property. Next, the decor, staff, and feel of the property...

Hello SOKYFARMER, Thank you for sharing your comments with us. I am sorry that the experience failed to amaze you as much as it should have. As a popular destination in the heart of London’s entertainment district we can at times expect high volumes, which also translates into reinforcing security measures in order to ensure a pleasant stay for our...

Even though the location of the place is awesome, the service is the worst that I have seen. I am a platinum with Starwood and as I checked in they said I have been upgraded and I just have to wait for 45 mins. My 45 mins wait turned out to be a 3 hour wait . And guess what...

We did not eat here as there was so many good eateries around the area. We stayed two nights. The room was an accessibility room so it may account for the size of the bathroom we had but the room was amazing. It was state of the art with every type of technology you could want from charging tablets through...

In a suite here at the moment, after upgrading, see below. If you ever wondered what a room would be like if it were designed by someone who had never stayed in a hotel, and likely cracked out, well here's your answer. Booked a standard room, it's more of a standard bathroom with an attached bedroom. Who the hell puts...

Nice location. Doormen looked more like bouncers from 80s + 90s night club. Plenty of good looking people, from patrons to staff. Arrival to hotel feels like walking into a club with luggage. Virtually impossible to have a conversation with the Front Desk agent as the music is so loud. We were shouting at each other as he was explaining...

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
