The rooms are very basic. We don't really have a problem with that though. But the cleanliness is a serious problem. Mould everywhere in the bathroom. The walls are full of stains. The pub across the street up for a lot. Kilburn station is a 15 minute walk down the road which was good enough for us. But if you...

Upon check-in I was shown a room on the lower floor, as I entered the room you could smell straight away damp. The room itself was very bland and basic which surprised me a little as this was not what was shown on the hotels web site. The room was freezing as well, I asked to be moved which seemed...

Value for money and great location, 5 minutes walk from Kilburn station , we went to a concert in Wembley and it was only 15 minutes by tube, Good size rooms but bathrooms a bit small, staff could not have been more helpful.

We had 3 single beds for a place to kip after a gig. Close to stations & pubs, inexpensive, pubs, clean & simple. Good place to get your head down if going to Wembley. No Savoy, but excellent for the price

The website for this hotel is misleading. It shows a hotel with old world charm, however when you arrive its not old world charm you encounter....its a run down, old hotel with no charm and no service. We were given a room one flight up on the front of the building, facing a busy street. The room was 10 x...

We are sorry you are disappointed with your stay. We are on a busy street that has traffic, it is what also allows us to provide our guests with easy access to the center of London by car bus or underground. Noise and traffic is sadly a downside of big exciting metropoles. Our staff is on call 24/7, we are,...

Close to the bus station and by bus to the tube station. The room was very clean, the room was spacious. The breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The position of the hotel is inside the Zone 2 , at the limit with zone 3, so the cost of the public transportation is not too high...

Room clean and comfortable if basic. Hotel close to busy main road but straight off the motorway. Car park small. Breakfast was a let down, no hot water for tea, nothing much left seems the early risers may have been better fed, no staff around to replenish, came away hungry.

Dear Minnie, We are sorry you were disappointed with our breakfast. We have already taken steps to provide a better selection and a larger quantity of it, to make sure all our guest, no matter what time they arrive for it, can enjoy the same offer as the early raisers. We are very thankful for this review that allowed us...

There were some comparatively minor issues with the breakfast times and rubbish being left in my room, but what really lets this place down is the poor management. I booked a two-night stay (Sun 28 to Tues 30 August). I rang on the afternoon of Sat 27 and asked if I could add a day to my stay and stay...

The staff at the Windmill was extremely helpful. The room was basic but functional, breakfast was satisfying, and the neighborhood felt authentic. Walkable from the London Underground, the Windmill is a good choice for those who enjoy a lodging with lots of slightly gritty character. The gorgeous woodwork and pressed tin of the bar made for extra special surroundings for...

The hotel was very cute and had excellent amenities. Our included breakfast was delicious and allergy friendly. Staff was helpful. Location was close to a large park, many restaurants, and public transport. Be warned: the bar attached to the hotel is very popular and loud. On a week night it didn't quiet down until nearly midnight.
