We stayed here with several family members for a nearby wedding recently and were so impressed with everything. Gorgeous rooms, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating with children, an excellent breakfast,.. It's good value for the location and I would certainly stay again and recommend it to friends. Thank you!

Right opposite the Stoke Newington Town Hall, if you are nervous about getting to the wedding on time, this is your ideal place to stay. We had the suite , room 6, conveniently right next door to the dining room, if you are reluctant to leave your bed til the last minute! Lovely breakfast, first class attention , Yola looks...

Stayed for two nights whilst attending a wedding. Well there is not much we can add to what others have said on here. It was fabulous and Jola, the B&B manager, was excellent. Absolutely worth the money!

This was a repeat visit and it confirmed our appreciation of the experience in 2013. The R&C incorporates a good pub; very nice rooms; hearty breakfast, with a good range of options; and friendly young staff. But the highlights undoubtedly are the open roof balcony for hotel patrons and their guests only - no good, of course, if the weather...

The Hotel above was amazing, We hired the Suite, for the Bride and Groom, a double and a single for the weekend. My daughter was getting married at the Church behind the Hotel. Jola our hostess was there...

We loved the Rose and Crown! Only booked the room the day before over the phone and the staff couldn't have been better.... friendly, helpful and professional. The room was spotless and very quiet considering we were above a pub in North London on a Saturday. There is a charming breakfast room and also an outdoor terrace for hotel guests....

We had the suite room which was huge, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and all freshly prepared, and the staff team were friendly and could not have been more helpful. Excellent location for Stoke Newington and easy journey into the centre of London. The pub below was not noisy, and despite being on a busy street corner...

I stayed here for one night in November and cannot thank the hostess enough for making me feel so welcome. She cooked a great vegetarian breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. This is a place I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to book again.
