The room cleaning needs to improve. There were hairs on freshly made bed, and the bathroom needed closer attention.
Staff were curt and unfriendly except for the dude on check out.
Wouldn't give it any stars if it could be done.
Booked Goodwood hotel in London for 2nights via booking.com. It was said,that we will have private bathroom outside our room. When checking in the man said, bathrooms are to be shared. So it was a lie. Bathrooms were not so clean and in poor condition....More

The room was really small but managed to cram in so many problems. The walls were dirty and cracked, sockets hanging off the walls and a beautiful stain on the ceiling right above...More
I figured as we only need a place to stay for two nights and we would be out all the time it would be fine, how wrong I was. The staff where friendly enough but everything was broken the pull switch for the light in...More
I stayed here just for one night, booked on trivago and it said it had car parking facilities, when I checked this hotel out on other sights it didn't. Not too bad as the train station is a couple of hundred yards down the road...More
