Hotel Saint garners appreciation for its prime location, situated conveniently near public transport and local attractions, making it a hit with guests looking for easy access to the city's offerings. While opinions on value are split due to additional costs, the hotel's amenities, including well-equipped rooms and commendable cleanliness, often receive positive remarks. I will describe the hotel in a little more detail because it provided us with an excellent stay in London. Whoever thought only about the guests of this hotel, I want to tell him that he is doing an excellent job. Extremely friendly staff. The breakfast room is clean, tidy and very nicely decorated. The employees meet all the criteria of helpfulness and speed. My husband and I stayed for 10 days and we can say that the breakfast is delicious, fresh and consists of a buffet part, and you can also order eggs in the price if you wish. It was a bit monotonous for us because we stayed for a long time, so I advise that they should add a little more food. At the entrance to the hotel there are always employees who open the door for you, greet you and help you with your luggage and everything. The room is small but not too small, very nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. Everything seems brand new. The bed is very comfortable with quality and comfortable bedding. When you put on a homemade collar, you feel that wonderful comfort of quality. The towels are of the best quality, you take them in your hands and feel their thickness and softness. Fully equipped bathroom with small items for care. We were so satisfied that we extended our stay for 3 days. My husband called the reception and they told him that they would call him in half an hour, they only called him back in an hour and because of that little delay they brought us a bottle of wine.....If we could, we would give a score of 20. Here really they care about their guests. We travel all over the world and really stay in 5 star hotels but this is the hotel that should carry them!!!

The Hotel is in a great location with Aldgate underground station right next door, we never heard a noise from the trains which was great and plenty of shops close by. We had 2 rooms both on higher floors and they were very good with little to no noise from outside (Very good soundproofing). The walk in showers were great, very spacious and clean. Housekeeping was very good too, replacing everything when needed. The only slight problem was that in one of the rooms the fridge wasn't working, I told the front desk and in fairness they sent someone up to check it very quickly but the chap was adamant it was working fine even though inside was warm to the touch and the fridge in the other room was much colder so it was definitely not working properly. Didn't want to make a big deal about it so just got buckets of ice each day from the bar and used that to cool down the fridge.
The rooftop bar has great views of the city but the atmosphere at night was definitely aimed towards the younger crowd which we are not.
However the Hotel bar on the ground floor was great, nice atmosphere, great service and even better cocktails than we had at the rooftop bar. The barman Max was absolutely brilliant, very cheery and happy to accommodate making different cocktails than were on the menu. In fact all the staff we saw were very friendly and happy to help.
All in all it was a really good Hotel which we would definitely use again.

I travel to London several times a year for business. Rarely is there a hotel without quirks, that's modern, and immediately close to public transportation. The Hotel Saint is finally it. Recently renovated, the rooms are modern, roomy, and ready for business traveler needs. The bathroom works and has up to date fixtures. The coffee maker is great and you even get cookies to go with your tea.
The hotel is located at the edge of the City, right on top of the Aldgate station.
Rooms are well-insulated from the noise of the city and the location is located close to many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The WiFi free and fast.
If there is a downside it is that the elevators take a long while to show up. Just plan for that.
In short, worth sacrificing your Marriott or Hilton points to stay in a proper hotel at a reasonable cost and a great location.

Hotel 20 meters from Aldgate station, in 4 times in London it is probably the best location I have ever come across. Opposite is the bus stop, convenient lines 15 (similar to a panoramic tour, it goes around most of the city's attractions) and 25.
The metro is on the Circle and Metropolitan lines, among the most internal and convenient for visiting the centre.
Clean hotel, friendly staff. 2 sachets of cookies and 2 330 ml bottles of water, change of towels and room cleaning every day. Highly recommended

Only here for one night for work. I'll be honest, not a fan of getting charged £50 before I even got handed my room key. Understand some hotels hold your details for any extras but feel like them taking money out is excessive and not the most welcoming/best first impression when you walk in the door after a long trip. They also asked me to give them my ID so I was immediately on the back-foot with a feeling like I'm not being trusted.
My bed was apparently a king - and although it looked welcoming, when I got in you could tell it was basically two beds pushed together. The staff at dinner were friendly but I felt like they were trying to get me to spend more, instead of just asking what I wanted they were encouraging me to order sides, get a large drink instead of a small etc.
Lastly, I was told on arrival my breakfast was included with my company policy - but when I checked out I was told I owed them £10.50 for breakfast. When I said I was told by reception it was included they said this was just for continental breakfast (I ordered poached eggs and toast.) Felt like this should have been made clear when I checked in as "breakfast included" doesn't normally come with caveats in most hotels. It was also very basic breakfast - just pastry and coffee.
Lastly, when I got my bill and receipt it had two items on there I didn't recognise, a non-alcoholic beer and a wine. So I'm not sure if they got my room muddled up with someone else's or something because I couldn't see the breakfast charge on there that was mentioned when I checked out. Overall, considering I was only here for one night, it wasn't the best experience. Location was good and room was clean.

The hotel is a great option if you want a comfortable hotel next to the metro station. The rooms were great and spacious but still there was no buffet at the breakfast with limited options that were precooked. The hotel claimed that we would need to make a 100£ deposit in case any damages are done or we consume something from the mini bar. We didn’t cause any damages to the room or consume something from the minibar. The hotel claimed that we would get the money back when we check out something that didn’t happen. We fought over emails and they were lying to us which frustrated me even more. We visited from 27th December until the 30th. It’s currently the 3rd of april and we still havent received any kind of money. I would definitely not recommend it because i cant stand liars that scammed me and took 100£ from my bank account claiming that it was temporally until the check out. If you visit watch out for this scam because you will probably lose 100£ over something stupid

Stayed at the hotel saint this weekend with my cousin as we fancied a girls trip. The location is fantastic and is next to the underground so made getting around London really easy.
We arrived at 12pm on Friday expecting to drop our bags with concierge but our room was ready which was great so we had to chance to freshen up before heading out into London.
The room was clean, modern and had everything you would need, iron, kettle, safe, tea and coffee etc.
Housekeeping were great and replenished towels, tea coffee and biscuits daily.
The reception staff were great and the gentleman on the door on an evening were very friendly.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will return in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

If I ever return to London, I will definitely choose this hotel again. We stayed in two different room categories, and both had everything needed for a comfortable stay:
• Perfect location (the metro station is right next door, and many attractions are within walking distance);
• Tea station (including a complimentary minibar for first use — not available in all room categories);
• Well-equipped bathrooms and an iron.

The room was cleaned daily and to a high standard. The staff at the reception and restaurant were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful.

The hotel has excellent soundproofing — we didn’t hear our neighbors or any noise from the street. There is also room service (with time restrictions) and a rooftop bar with breathtaking views.

I personally recommend not opting for the breakfast package, as the hotel breakfast isn’t worth the price. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby where you can have a much better-quality breakfast for the same cost.

Overall, we had a very positive experience. A big thank you to the hotel staff for making our stay so comfortable and for the lovely gesture of a complimentary bottle of wine!

Spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel with extremely helpful staff. I would give it a 10/10 if it had windows that opened (I really don't like sleeping in air conditioning). Also good to have the small things that matter, like decent shower pressure, thick/large towels, mixed pillows, and lastly power points and light switches in convenient spots.
The icing on the cake was when the front desk staff arranged for someone to go out (in the rain) to buy me some fresh milk for my tea. Great service.
