Basic kosher Israeli style breakfast: bread with toaster, butter, jam; scrabled eggs; smoked salmon; cereals; Israeli salad; coffee, tea, orange juice. All freshly laid out from about 8am every morning, just ask the evening before if you need somewhat earlier. Shabbat they have hard-boiled eggs rather than scrambled, and the toaster is not out; they also keep a shabbat kettle out all day and have a hot plate running for warming your own wrapped foods; catered meals can be ordered several days before shabbat.

Yes. You are a 5-10 minute walk from Golders Green underground station. You could take the tube (Northern Line), Charing Cross branch: depends where you want on Oxford Street. Either get out at Tottenham Court Road, which is at the east end of Oxford Street, or change there to the Central Line (Westbound) and get off at Oxford Circus, Bond Street or Marble Arch (all on Oxford Street), depending on where you want to go.
Alternatively, from Golders Green station take the 82 bus direct to Oxford Street (Selfridges/Marks & Spencer), towards the west end of the street. That's what we usually do.
Either way, travel time from the hotel will be at least 45 minutes (big city!).
