My smokin' hot wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kanley and David's humble abode last week. We arrived mid-afternoon Wednesday and got a bit turned around after leaving the tube station and but some friendly neighbors helped us find 69. This is not in the heart of London, but Vauxhall is a really cool neighborhood and made me...

Stayed for 3 nights on business. Great location near the city centre and victoria line underground. Very friendly staff and great breakfast in the morning.

Kanley & David were such wonderful hosts to us during our recent stay. Their kindness and Kanley's infectious laugh made our mornings begin on a positive note. The breakfast was delicious with good sized portions and a variety of food to meet our needs. While we stayed in the nearby unhosted apartment, the accomodations were clean, bright and well maintained....

This bed and breakfast has it all: location, convenience, comfort and cleanliness. THE GOOD: The owners. While I don't review regularly for TripAdvisor, but I do review for other sites and I don't often give top ratings even to the five star hotels I've stayed at. As a veteran traveler, I know that it's often the people who run the...

Like many of the other reviewers, we would agree this b&b is a great place to say. Located a short walk from Vauxhall station it's a quick way onto the tube or the buses that are stationed there. You can get to the any of the major tourist attractions fairly quickly. The b&b itself is found on a quiet street...

I think I can keep this quite short. It was our first weekend in London and 69TheGrove was one of the main attractions there. Even if the rooms were a bit small (my girlfriend would call it cozy), the hospitality was one of the greatest we have encountered so far. Breakfast was perfect and ,in general, it was like home...

We stayed at this location for four nights during our stay in London this summer. It's a 5 minute walk from Vauxhall station, which is part of the London Underground Blue Line, and easily accessible from anywhere in the city. Our room was clean, cozy, and our stay was very pleasant overall. Our hosts were warm and friendly, (even after...

I was recommended by friend to stay in this B&B, which to my delight was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, neat and modern despite the small size. The bed is comfortable and everyday I woke up I felt energized. There was Wifi access, water kettle, fridge and LCD TV (the later I’ve not tried though). Shower gel,...

We stayed here 6 nights and highly recommend this B&B. The hosts Kanley and David are great and the breakfasts were outstanding, except for the one morning when my toast was unevenly toasted on one side - that morning, breakfast was merely "practically perfect" (Complain about this to Kanley and he'll get the joke). The B&B is located in a...

69TheGrove is leagues ahead of most other London B+Bs in terms of cleanliness and decor. Rooms are small but spotless and bright. I was staying in a downstairs room but it had no "basement" feel to it. Amenities are excellent; toiletries (incl. toothbrush!), hairdryer, universal power plug, mini bar (!!), tea and coffee. The room also has a plasma. Wi-Fi...
