    Rudest staff I've ever encountered (both reception and cleaning staff) by far. Stale breakfast food. No accountability. Only takes cash. Relatively close to the Tube and in a pretty quiet neighborhood. Charge for luggage storage during the day. Staircases were so small (wide but small)...More
