Like other reviewers, we could hear everything that was going on outside the room. People going down the stairs, up the stairs, talking at the stairs etc. You do not want to stay here if you have a big/heavy luggage. There is no lift and you have to climb the stairs with your luggage. I do not recommend this place...

My family and I stayed for 2 nights in a triple room which was located on the lower ground floor. Room was clean enough but very little natural light. The worst thing was the noise at night from the room directly above us. You could here every foot fall and at one point it seemed like there was an army...

Me and my husband had booked three nights at this hotel. We travel every year and have stayed in numerous hotels, but this is the first time we've ever left after one night and paid for another hotel. We were expecting a small room, so that wasn't a shock. The hobs they provided weren't working, so if we wanted to...

Very good location in Gloucester place and short walk to selfridges end of Oxford street. The reception staff were very nice. Would definitely return on our next visit to London, Baker Street and Marylebone road are just round the corner.

Nice place. Spotless and with a great location. Since the hotel was created from two adjoining houses, the layout is somewhat unusual. No real lobby and definitely no amenities of any time. But cheerful people greeting you and attending to your needs.

Very pleasant suite. Only stayed 1 night, but it's well set up for longer stays, with little kitchenette and comfortable beds. Quite a bit of traffic noise but only to be expected on a Saturday night in London. Will use it again.

Within a couple of minutes of Baker St Station and on one of the main routes out of London going North towards Lord's. Check in was fine at 146 Gloucester Pl and I was next door in 148 - all part of the same business. Lovely old style terraced house converted into modern room. I was in C16 which had...

I stayed in this cozy spot based on an Internet search and lack of knowledge about the surrounding area. The suites were on a busy street, but my room was shielded from noise. It had a kitchenette unit that was absolutely perfect for my needs. Great shower too! Room was small, but for one, it worked well. I would go...

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
