Words cannot describe the experience my husband and I had at this hotel. We had a small bumpy start, but both managers did everything and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon the best ever. They are very caring and always want to get to know you. I wish our stay had been longer, because we fell in love...

Afternoon Thank you for the review and I am happy you liked your drink and food and my staff you found friendly . Now with regards to the toilets this one of my pains for 15 years I have had people who are NOT customers walk through the door and just use my facility's they don't ask and don't care...

We wanted a hotel within walking distance of the Royal Festival Hall. In spite of a rather unprepossessing entrance on a very busy road opposite a very busy station, we found comfortable, well-equipped modern rooms, good soundproofing (important here), a pretty good included breakfast, and helpful friendly staff. And all at a very reasonable price for such a central location.

Stayed here for a weekend - this is an extremely lively pub downstairs but the room (upper grade) was very well furnished and equipped and the noise was really low, even though we had specifically negotiated a first floor room (grateful thanks to the wonderful Valeria!). The main noise is the traffic from outside, not the pub or the trains....

We only used this establishment for drinks. It is a large pub and hotel. The clientele include many travellers from Waterloo station. There is a typical pub food menu. The bar is extensive with many beers available. The hotel reception is also located on the bar. There are numerous TV screens around the pub which show live sport. The furnishings...

This is a large big pub with a lot of travelers (opposite Wellington Station) passing through and a great 'meet-at' venue. The bar service and clean-up staff are efficient. This isn't the place to go if you want to chat to the bar staff or a local, but it is in the centre of London. Four real ales on tap,...

Absolutely excellent. Location right next door to Waterloo station or 5 minute walk to South Bank and London Eye. Was expecting some noise in room but didn't hear a thing. Spacious room, more than big enough for the three of us. Room facilities excellent. Breakfast was fantastic! Never seen such a big spread and the cooked English breakfast was wonderful....

Granted it was FA Cup semi final day, once the game finished there was a mass evacuation. The staff were not quick to clear up & no sign of any food being available. The menu looked okay so they lost out on approx. £150 worth of a food order. The London Pride was on good form if a tad expensive,...
