This hotel was okay as we were there for just one night, small for the three of us but we had no complaints. Until we found out you pay 5£ per person for wifi only to find out they give you one password to share ... didn't make sense to me. Next we decide to relax and watch some tv,...

Only stayed one night but I found the hotel to be adequate and very handy for transport. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Getting to the room is like being in a narrow maze, wouldn't fancy that if I had a big bag to carry. The room was clean and basic. There was tea and coffee facilities and a...

Booked a week in advance, decent price for the location - directly across the street from St. Pancrass- Kings Cross. The hotel itself is nothing special, but if you need a room that is clean and convenient, and you don't expect any fancy perks or star-class treatment, this is for you. We had a room with a safe as well...

Well, I made the mistake of letting my wife book here because she wanted to stay in this area. My view is that this is definitely one of those places to be avoided. It's cheap by London standards and even I have to admit that the breakfast (Israeli style) included in the price was really quite good. One other plus...

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The receptionists were extremely rude and tried to cheat you whenever they could, for instance not providing the WIFI access codes we had paid for (which btw. are an outrageous 20 GBP/day). If you had any questions the receptionists would hardly answer them and had the most arrogant attitudes towards...

Don't get your hopes up. This is not a gem in the middle of London. The Kings Cross Inn offers reasonably priced, clean accommodation in the middle of a busy city. It looks like the rooms have recently had some new facilities installed. Mine had an aircon unit and the shower was electrically operated (not an electric shower, per se,...

I had to catch and early Eurostar departure and booked " blind " I was very pleasantly surprised to find a gem of an hotel. I had a spacious room, well appointed and scrupulously clean, with a comfortable bed. Although not clear at the time of booking it does have a lift. The Reception staff were very helpful and friendly....

Awkward, intimidating welcome from 4 men, one standing at the door smoking. Room was small. Window didn't lock. Marks all over the walls. Paid £5 for 5 hours of wifi..... which i didn't use and was basically told to jog on when i asked for a refund. The guy in the desk pocketed the wifi money.........guess that's how they make...

Frosty receptionist, tiny room, double bed against wall, lumpy mattress, lots of marks on walls, view of back of buildings. Expensive! £169 room only. TV can not be viewed from both beds at same time. However, it was clean and close to station.
