My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights over the Valentines weekend, and do not have a bad word to say about our stay and this hotel. The room was lovely, surroundings peaceful, and the breakfast was great. The best thing about our stay was the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. Thank you very much to all, and...

ALL the staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and obviously shows that the friendly staff care. Free internet was a bonus The hotel is right by the British Museum and a short walk from Euston Station - you can easily walk / stroll down to Covent Garden / Strand / Trafalgar Square areas. Lots...

Me and my partner stayed here the day before valentines day and it was perfect in every way. We even got a free upgrade when we arrived to a room with two double beds (even though we still only used one) would thoroughly reccomend

We stayed in this hotel over the weekend of the 7th February, the hotel was nice and the rooms were finished to a good standard. The room was Lower Ground which was a little unexpected, but was fine, if a little chilly when we arrived. The location was great BTW. However, there was a very large problem with the room...

This hotel is interesting. When you enter, it feels a tad drab and cramped. But the room that we stayed in was fabulously spacious, and especially quiet. Note it was an "executive" - I suggest that this upgrade is worth it. We had business in Russell Sq - easy walk. Later discovered that it is a short walk to the...

Although the hotel is in a good location, walking distance from two tube stations it lacked what we were expecting. The room was tiny and the bed felt small. The water pressure for the shower / bath was poor. We did manage a very good sleep however. Staff were excellent and very helpful, just expected more for the price

Well, this hotel is very close to Russell Square station (tube), so I guess it's good for tourists. Also you can some restaurants and coffee shops around station. Room is not too small, and not too big. Just right size I guess. My room was about 70GBP per night. Not cheap. I guess B&B is much better.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! Its proximity to transportation and major attractions is a huge convenience! The staff was so polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant offers a nice variety of food. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in an active part of Central London who plans on visiting...

Good hotel but terrible food in the restaurant. There was only one other diner when I had dinner. I chose tuna which was so overcooked that it was almost impossible to chew. I told the waitress and she said that no-one else had complained. I cancelled my booking for the following night. Lots of good, reasonable places to eat nearby.

Overall the hotel was good but the rrom was so tiny! The hallways are also very tiny and we had around four doors to get to our room so it was extremely annoying every time we had to go in and out specially with the luggage. Breakfast was quite average and coffee was extremely porro, only filter coffee which is...
