Very charming, with helpful staff. Walking distance to bus and underground. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was a bit on the sugary side, but still good. The lounge cosy, warm, and beautiful.

Excellent base to explore London and see the sights. Clean, well appointed and close to a station, shops supermarket and olympia. Ample breakfast. The rooms are small- but hey- the clue is in the name - Visitor hotel. If you want a base in semi central London for less than £80 (100 Euros/$) per night, with breakfast, to get your...

Got a very good price on this hotel for a quick five day visit to London. It is across from Kensington-Olympia station which is ideal for transfer to London Gatwick. Coming from Heathrow is a little more complicated but doable. It is a short block away from bus service into downtown. There is also a large mall up the street...

This is a well positioned hotel offering very good value for money. it does well on the essentials. the place is clean , the beds are comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. it is however very basic, it can be a bit of a treck to the bathroom and on the third floor this facility is very small....

Nice and clean hotel in a pleasant area! Situated close to Kensington Olympia station, and in a walking distance from High Street Kensington station. Very good value for money. Me and my family enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely come back! Ther

We stayed for a long weekend and that was enough. Although the room was clean, the shower room was minuscule to say the least. As it is located on a busy road the noise can keep you awake. There is a 25 minute walk to the underground as the nearby underground route runs only at the weekend. There is an...

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was better than expected and our room was lovely, 2 great big beds! The lobby was nice and quaint with free tea and coffee, bit disappointed however that there is no facilities for this in the room. The staff were lovely, friendly and polite. Breakfast could be improved though. Excellent location for Kensington high...

Best part was that the room was clean. Located in a nice neighborhood but not close to a tube stop. Plenty of bus options near by. Market (Sainsbury) right around the corner. Basic but filling breakfast. Wifi not great in our room. TINY bathroom. Really one of the smallest I've encountered yet. Wall in my face when on the toilet....

2 Adults and 2 young children, extremely friendly and helpful, probably the cleanest please I have ever been, could not fine any dust anywhere. Big comfortable beds, great place at the price. Continental breakfast, limited but loads of it. Great location to tour central London.
