Lovely building and full of character, staff were very welcoming and friendly, catered for your every need. The accommodation was superb with everything you needed. Location was great with a good regular bus service to the centre. Ample parking, a good bar and pool table. An enjoyable stay. All covid guidelines were strongly adhered to so felt safe and well here

We stayed when taking our daughter back to Uni. Lovely hotel, close to Sefton park and shirt distance to student area. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and nice classic full English breakfast. Would stay again.

Hotel on the whole was nice and friendly. A few issues need to be addressed in the bedroom...loose floorboards, missing castors off double bed and room could be arranged a bit better. Breakfast on the Sunday morning was a little disappointing as it was a little disorganised and cold. Overall - good location and will hopefully book up to stay again in the near future once COVID-19 restrictions are relaxed.

This is a lovely little hotel in the Sefton Park area. It has a cosy and cared-for feel to it and we had a very comfortable overnight stay. If there had been real coffee for breakfast, I would have happily given 5/5.
