Titanic Hotel Liverpool is located in the historic Stanley Dock, restoring one of the city's most historic and iconic buildings. The hotel has incredible room sizes, service and style. The extensive lobby area is home to the the Rum Bar where we believe, a cocktail menu that matches your mood and hour of the day is essential. Then there is the Rum, with over 60 Rums available some exclusive to the hotel! You can also dine in the lobby from the Rum Bar menu or indulge in afternoon tea. The lobby also boasts a VIP and Business lounge. Stanley's Bar and Grill showcases the dramatic theatre kitchen, open to allow you to watch a team loving preparing your food. However this is not pretentious dining - Stanley's is a place where you and your friends, family, colleagues or simply your newspaper can all get together and feel at home. Kick off your shoes, throw off your jacket, loosen your tie and sit back. Down stairs at the Titanic Hotel amid the red brick arches and beautiful cool stone floors, more Roman bath than city spa, will lay the warm waters of the Hydro pool and Thermal Suite. The mood and atmosphere will be simply delightful. Maya Blue Wellness at the Titanic Hotel will offer an experience rather than a facility. Yes we have a thermal suite with sauna, steam room and water features, a relaxation area and treatment rooms for those all-important beauty regimes, but this is an experience, an intimate experience and one you will want to return to over and over again. Hotel residents can enjoy complimentary access to our Gym with state of the art fitness equipment. Meetings, conferences and Events at the Rum Warehouse are about three things - flexibility, state of the art facilities and never losing sight of the bigger picture. We have the flexibility to create exactly what you need and facilities and equipment to make this a highly efficient and effective exercise for your company. Our meeting and conference spaces boast natural light and are highly adaptable; Our professional conference, exhibition and events team will work with you throughout; dedicated AV equipment and in-house technicians as well as 100mb high speed internet access will ensure a smooth and productive event. The Rum Warehouse is one of the most prominent Conference and Exhibition spaces in the city. The ground floor can accommodate 1000 people theatre style or an exhibition of 800 sq.M. Floor to ceiling glazing and stunning views of Stanley Dock combined with a range of breakout spaces on the upper level make this the ideal way to display your business. The Rum Warehouse is also the perfect space for that special event whether it be a Wedding, anniversary or birthday party or fundraising ball this is the perfect blank canvas for you to create your dream day. Whatever you decide to celebrate with us we will look after you through every small detail.

First class building and prices with steerage guest service. The reception service, bar service and standards of guest service were well below the standard expected in a hotel of this rating and cost. Bar staff can’t make cocktails and ignore guests. VIP bar with no visible Manager or table service. Guests making trips to the bar to get drinks. No snacks or nuts and no cherries in cocktails - out of stock apparently. Reception asking guests to solve their own issues because they have to check guests in are not in keeping with the environment. The Lanson VIP bar with a fridge full of milk, no appealing bar displays or bar service. Instead, dirty cloths on the bar, staff who couldn’t make cocktails according to a spec. Really disappointing. Arguing that the drinks were correct until tasting them and then agreeing they were awful. No management presence in any of the bars after 8pm. The champagne display cabinets so dirty the products were barely visible. Dusty shelves, dirty tables in the bar. Plenty of staff, no direction or standards. We have stayed in many hotels around the world and this one is advertised as luxury and premium. The service is definitely not either.is it good enough to just open the doors of your business and set an expectation for your guests for them to be ripped off dissatisfied or disappointed???

Impressive building, that’s about it. The. At does not sell bitter. The core areas are not clean, room was like being in a hospital, Please get there early to get a limited space in the car park or your car is on the road. Bargain at £230. Not again!

This was a return visit from my husbands 50th several years ago. We chose to stay here for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and it is an amazing experience and definitely worth a visit. Breakfast was superb apart from the coffee which surprisingly was served from a flask and not great quality. The Spa and facilities was wonderful. Having been asked by the staff member at check in whether we were here for a special occasion and telling her the reason it would have been nice to have been offered a gesture of some sort as for my husbands 50th this had been the case. Perhaps I'm being a bit picky. Nevertheless we had a great stay.

Lovely quirky hotel. Spacious historical building transformed into something special. Very helpful, friendly staff. Delicious food, excellent selection for dinner and buffet style breakfast. Massive superior room, so clean, gorgeous bathroom and robes. Luxurious & felt spoilt. The spa is an awesome experience. Lovely treatments available given by well trained staff. Can't wait to return. Anyone would be impressed by this hotel and its facilities. Does our city proud. ❤

My family and I have just returned from an amazing 3 night stay at The Titanic Hotel. The room was incredible. Large in size, clean, full of amenities and provided stylish comfort. The Housekeeping Team were also incredibly friendly! All the team that we came into contact were friendly and service was impeccable. Food was decent albeit a little expensive. The hotel was incredibly busy over the three days but this didn’t affect our stay. Breakfast was decent with plenty of choice. The sausages are to die for! The only negative, being a Manchester United supporter, Liverpool FC clearly use the hotel as a base as they were there Friday.

My husband and I stayed for one night at the Titanic last Friday and had a wonderful time - thank you all. Our room was huge with great bathroom, fridge, coffee machine. Dinner at the Stanley Bar was excellent but what really set this hotel apart during our stay is the staff. Service at Stanley's was superb - many thanks Tracey (and Levi). Our friends came to the hotel to surprise us and tables were quickly moved to accommodate our larger party. In the bar live music played and Georgia and Danny served us for the rest of the evening. Many thanks to Tracey, Georgia, Danny, Levi and the rest of the team for knowledgeable, proffessional and friendly service - much appreciated. We had a cracker of a stay and will be back.

We stayed at the Titanic on 19th November. I had booked this for my boyfriends birthday and was not pleased that we could not get a hot shower as there was no hot water. We had a meal booked in town which we were late for due to trying to get the hot water in the shower to work. We phoned reception and they informed us that the boiler was down and they could not give us a time on when it will be working. This did ruin our night and we where disappointed that we payed so much for staying and couldn’t even get a hot shower, however despite this, the spa was lovely and the rooms where very spacious and clean.

Everything about this hotel is stunning. It is actually quite spectacular - the architecture, decor and design is so special and quite amazing. Our meal in the restaurant was absolutely perfect - our wine was the perfect temperature. The spa was just divine. I plan to return very soon.
