Check in Staff allowed us to leave luggage with them (as we were too early to check in), which freed us up to explore Liverpool. Once room was ready - check in was swift. General Decor is tired, carpet needs a deep clean. Fusty smell on landings. Lift to all floors. Secure entrance for hotel guests (as pub & restaurant...

Had a fabulous time here for my sister's hen night. The night's festivities were started with a cocktail making session excellent value for money as it included nibbles which turned out to be like a mini buffet with dim sum and other tasty treats. The bar man ensured all of the party had a good time and made the session...

I have just spent three weeks at this hotel. The staff are very friendly. I had to request a room change to one on a higher floor, there are only three and it was no trouble at all. The hotel is original and doesn't have double glazing. I was on a course and I needed my sleep and the first...

Stayed here whilst on cricket tour in Liverpool with a party of 18. A great hotel in a perfect location. The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. The only problem was the lift breaking down once. I would highly recommend.

Hubby and I have just returned from a short stay 24th - 28th Aug here on Friday, I booked through online agent (Booking.com). I picked this hotel partly because of the central location and because of the historical character I did request a room facing onto main street however we were on 3rd floor room 303 on the Sir Thomas...

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Ideally located in the centre of Liverpool a 5min walk away into the shopping centres. Staff were outstanding greeted us with a very warm welcome explained everything to us. On our first morning the hairdryer broke a quick phone call and a new one was dropped off to the room. The room was...

I booked my stay 5 days before. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk from Liverpool Lime Street Railway station ans just around the corner from The Cavern Club Quarter, so an excellent location. Staff supremely helpful for the slightest thing. Rooms modern, clean and spacious. Breakfast is a joy to behold and very tasty. Try the evening meals too,...

Stayed at the Sir Thomas hotel for 2 nights and found it to be brilliant. The room is clean and comfortable, powerful showers and clean towels. At the heart of the city centre it is within easy walking distance to everything!! The street is noisy... but then it is the city centre. If you want quiet, surely a stay in...

We stayed a few days and were given a big spacious family room as there were 2 adults and 2 children. The reception staff (especially Stephen) were very helpful and all other staff in the hotel were friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were amazing, everything you could need and freshly cooked. The restaurant staff, especially Brenda were very attentive. The...

My spouse and I went to Liverpool for the first time. Our trip started off great from the minute we walked into this hotel! All the staff were polite and friendly. We had a lovely, clean room. The hotel was quiet and lovely. We were told that the historic building is protected and doesn't have double glazed windows. Therefore, it...
