I booked this hotel last January for April for my partner's birthday treat and the reason why I pick this hotel as it so closed to town and Albert Dock. The staff were very friendly and the room was ok, breakfast was good as plenty of choice to choose from.

Stayed on 20th April 2017, one night B & B. Staff really friendly and helpful especially Jade on reception, who ensured our rooms were ready in plenty of time for us to arrive on time for the wedding we were attending. The location is excellent, just few minutes from the city centre and waterfront. I loved the staff, everybody was very friendly - reception, waiter at the breakfast, porter who took care of our luggage. Thank you for that. However, the hotel itself has a lot to improve. As said in several previous reviews, it really is noisy. Very noisy. You...
