My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Ibis Styles Liverpool. The staff were very friendly, helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in an excellent position, being only a 10 minute walk to Lime Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Mathew Street and The Cavern. In fact it only takes you 5-10 minutes to access all amenities. The room itself was very clean and tidy and the bed was made every day, even when we forgot to put the label on the door one day and loo rolls, tea, coffee etc replenished. The breakfast was delicious with a good selection of cereals, fresh fruit, smoothies, yogurts, hummus, guacamole, breads, boiled eggs, pancakes and there was scrambled egg every day. If we had to make a small criticism it would be that in other Ibis Styles we have stayed in there have often been 2 items of hot food which were alternated eg baked beans and sausage one day and scrambled egg and bacon another whereas at this hotel it was just scrambled egg every day. That didn't detract from our stay though and we would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of a stay in Liverpool. …

Comfortable and convenient, we had visited Liverpool to watch a band, travelling by train. The hotel was in easy reach of the station. And also close to most amenities, bars and restaurants. We will certainly be booking there again.

It was a lovely hotel! Great location, the staff were lovely and the room was great too! It might have been nice to have a plug socket near the bed but it’s only a minor inconvenience and there were a few hairs in the bed but other than that it was fine, i’d definitely return! X

Great location, good breakfast and friendly and attentive staff. Traveling with my son, we required a twin room and were given an accessible room (314) which is very large. A pleasant and real surprise in every aspect. We would definitely stay here again.

Gave 4 star should have been 5 staff brilliant breakfast brilliant nice & clean only downfall stayed in room 122 every hour there was a noise coming from the air con/heating system all though all was switched off the noise was running water like water dropping from height onto water ie bubble effect,This Woke us up every hour,& it lasted for ten minutes then switched off you could almost time it Complained to staff member the next morning who said maintenance would take a look.So the following night my wife & I had a early night due to lack of sleep the previous night only to be woken again by the same noise.with this I went down to reception and asked to change rooms which we did moved to room 107 we slept slightly better as believe or not was woken a couple of times with the same noise.then end result there is definitely something amiss with the air duct system in this hotel.my verdict should we stay here againYES but we would bring EAR plugs ..…

I can't fault this hotel! Yes the rooms are small, but all we needed was a bed and a shower and it was very clean. The staff were all fantastic, the breakfast was delicious with so much choice and the location was perfect for walking everywhere in the city. The car park discount was also a huge bonus. I've paid much more for hotels previously and received much less. I won't stay anywhere else in Liverpool from now on!
