4 of us stayed at this hotel on the 15th of May. Fantastic hotel staff were amazing. Great location will 100% stay here next time we visit. Oh and the breakfast properly the best I have ever had, believe me i travel globally so that is quite a statement from me.
Good sleep quality and value for money. We requested a quiet room and enjoyed a quiet night. Hotel is in a great area convenient for exploring Liverpool on foot. Only disappointment was the restaurant. We went to the higher-end one which was really very pretentious for what was offered (note: the snooty sommelier needs to get over himself!) Other than that, great experience!
It is simply the best hotel in Liverpool. Great staff, lovely room and a fantastic Spa. It's a great place to stay when going to a concert at the Philharmonic Hall and it is only a short walk into the city centre.
My son and I stayed here over the weekend for the game on Sunday. Front of house staff where very polite and welcoming. We arrived very early on the saturday before check in and they took our bags for us so we could walk around Liverpool. We also got checked in an hour early too which was great as we had be travelling over. Rooms very spacious and bright. Tv was great with all channels needed and the option to cast apps from your phone. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to returning. :)
What a fabulous weekend at the wonderful Hope Street Hotel. This boutique hotel is the epitome of class, taste and service. You really feel they CARE about you... the rooms are amazing, great bedlinen, lovely touches throughout the stay. The food in both restaurants is of the highest quality, and the location of the hotel, between the two cathedrals, is ideal for anyone in town for a weekends sightseeing. Just the best hotel in Britain.
We loved this hotel but we did have a few regrets: 1. We only stayed 1 night 2. We didn’t make use of the spa 3. We only stayed 1 night - yes we liked it that much. The hotel was spotless , the shower amazing and the bed so comfortable! Of course with a view overlooking the city to the Pier Head it was on to a winner from the start but it didn’t disappoint once we’d torn our eyes away from the view. Well done Hope Street Hotel- you were 10/10 for us
Stayed with my husband for a night in one of the amazing rooftop suites. Spa bath on the terrace, room service Prosecco and a beautiful sunset made the evening perfect before a fantastic meal in the 1931 Pizza restaurant. Everyone was friendly and helpful, service was swift and efficient and the room was spotlessly clean - we will be back!
I stayed recently for birthday celebrations in a rooftop suite, the room was beautiful with amazing views across the city yet still private. The balcony is equipped with amazing lighting that you can control yourself, and canopy that you can also adjust weather depending! We also took advantage of the hotel's state of the art spa facilities which were super luxury and we can't wait to try it again! Thank you again for a lovely stay :)
Cannot rate this place highly enough, must stay if you’re visiting Liverpool. The rooms are beautiful with super comfy beds and gorgeous bathrooms. The staff are amazing! They can’t seem to be able to do enough for you, always finding ways to help. Megan in the spa was fantastic, and all the team on reception are really welcoming and helpful. The spa itself is incredibly relaxing and even if you’re not staying at the hotel, is well worth a visit. Both 1931 and The London Carriage Works are fantastic restaurants attached to the hotel. Again the staff are lovely and the food is amazing! Had an excellent birthday visit and will definitely be visiting again.
Drinks at the bar was as good as ever. Pornstar martini's special as it was not on the menu. The cocktail was made by a lovely Liverpool university student studying international relations and politics. Overall a nice atmosphere and a definite place to be in town. Stay in the hotel for a wonderful experience with great rooms with a view.
