First visit was incredible. Second visit we were informed of a £20 "deep cleaning" charge for taking our dogs which we'd not been advised about the first time or on booking. Sadly, the room had clumps of dog hair/dust under the furniture so obviously hadn't had a recent deep clean that someone had paid for😡. The room wasn't that clean...

This was our first city break as a family, and were delighted with the choice of hotel we made. The staff were excellent, friendly, attentive and accommodating especially for our son who has Autism. Nothing was too much hassle and every member of staff treated you with the greatest respect. We stayed in a family room which was spacious, and...

Slightly unsure how to review this hotel because on the face of it everything was fine during our visit, I just think for the price we were expecting a lot more. Hope Street Hotel is set a good 15 minute walk from the main tourist centre of Liverpool so if you are looking for somewhere a little quieter it is...

My husband and I returned for another weekend stay. We booked the penthouse and it was a fabulous room with amazing views of Liverpool from the balconies. Thank you so much Abby and the team for looking after us. See you soon.

Spent a lovely night here. The hotel was fantastic. Very clean and tidy throughout and was worth the price paid. The staff were very helpful and polite too. Nice day out in town and looked forward to returning to the hotel!

I only tend to review for Trip Advisor if somewhere is really good or really bad - and this was one of the good ones. Amazing staff, fantastic large room with a massive and very comfortable bed. Huge bathroom with tons of natural daylight with a great shower and bath. A really great bar too. The only downside was that...

We visited here originally in December 2016 for a birthday celebration, we had a nice time but we were disappointed when we found our room hadn't been serviced after a busy day out shopping and eating. At checkout we spoke with Abby who was lovely and very apologetic. She encouraged us to come back to the hotel and give them...

I had dealt with the Hope Street Hotel through work a number of years ago and the standards were high. I was looking forward to returning to Liverpool with my family and chose it for that reason and it's central location. On arrival the check in staff were lovely and friendly and I have no complaints there. We booked a...

We stayed for only one night on a business trip and found this place to be really relaxing. The room was well equipped and even had its own expresso coffee maker. The bathroom had quality products too. The room looked just like on the hotel website photos and it was spotless. The bed was massive and really comfortable. Staff were...

A well placed hotel in a nice building. The prize of the hotel room was quite high, however, if you are seeking for peaceful place - this is it. The breakfast was absolutely great and the athmospere of the resturant awesome.
